I have never been to a sheetz that has moved slower in my life. We sat for 30 mins for waiting for 2 crispy snack wraps and 3 grilled chicken sliders. The grilled chicken sliders got heated up and sat on the counter for 20 mins till they were assembled and then was of course, cold when we got them. Extremely disrespectful to the people there and us. Mind you there’s was only about 5 orders including ours.

I'm from NC was omw to Newburgh, NY for work 1-6-26 crashed car and with nobody or in a 200mile radius Sheetz aloud me to get warm as it took 5hrs for someone to get me help.
I had 2 hot dogs with chilling pepper jack cheese and cup of fries

I was highly disappointed. I ordered at the drive thru and waited 25 minutes and no one came to the window for me to pay. There was a car in front of me and they got his payment and as soon as I pulled up the employee walked away. About 4 employees walked by, glanced at me, and nothing. Stayed there for 25 minutes before I just left. As I drove by, I peeked in the glass by the in store orders and there was hardly anyone there. At first I thought they were busy but clearly not. If they were understaffed, a simple “sorry for the wait we will be right with you” would have been nice customer service and I would have completely understand. Poor.

Terrible experience at this Sheetz — customer service was rude, the store was dirty, and the whole place felt unorganized. Definitely not coming back. They didn't give my change back

To employee Eric. I realize this is Cedar Cliff but you know good and well if I look over 40 you don't need to card me in PA. Don't play. I'm an old man and it hurt my hip to walk to my car for my ID. Do better by your seniors.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but I ordered 1 drink and I saw 5 orders ahead of me in my head im thinking 5 to 10 mins waiting but I am currently at 20 mins waiting for the drink its just insane

This new place is wonderful so friendly and peaceful and heavenly atmosphere simply gorgeous you just have to try it for your self you can bring a horse to the water but you can't make him her drink this place makes my thirst disappear I can breathe better I swear there something in the air here it's marvelous dear marvelous

Be careful if you buy ice here. Posted on the 8 lb bag of ice freezer $2.49. I was charged $7.49. Re-entered store to correct the charge & they gave full refund. But, beware...because the 'system' may charge incorrectly.

This sheetz is dirty. The bathrooms, floors & drink areas are always a mess and napkins are never available for clean up or in the food area. The soda always needs refilled, the coffee needs refilled- we are locals and stop in 1-2 times a week and unfortunately experience this often during the AM shift. Do better or lose business.
