Had an appointment, waited for about an 1 hour then they gave my appointment to someone else because I had to run to the car to get an additional monies. Also, they are selling crappy virtual mailboxes on line. Beware of this business!!!! Find someone else to do business with....

My girlfriend had an appointment at 5, got here a little early and signed in, waited in the lobby for around 30-35 minutes waiting for one of the IdentoGo services, after nobody came to assist us, we tried to call the store to get someone to come to the counter and got some random answering machine, we went outside and went through all the menu options. It took about 49 minutes after the scheduled appointment time before we even saw an employee and we received assistance. Do not recommend.

Would never come here again. Place is run by a bunch of bullies that obviously don’t know how to run a successful business. If you make an appointment, prepare to wait an hour after you check in. Your time or business is not valued at this place and I would seek another avenue.

Had a scheduled appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early as indicated and signed in. When questioned the wait time, Tim responded with “that’s just the way it is.” His tone and demeanor was rude and outright disrespectful.
After leaving this review I was then approached by the owner who explained to me that negative reviews hurt his business.
He was absolutely aggressive and combative with his behavior.
I highly encourage everyone to STAY AWAY from this business.
Please read reviews from customers who have experienced the same treatment. His Facebook reviews indicate the same patterns of behavior.
Terrible business owner. Will be filing a formal complaint with Better Bureau of Business.

Went here to Identgo to get fingerprinted as part of a background check. Doubles as a PC repair store. Very efficient staff who know what they're doing.

The guy that does the fingerprinting for Identogo is downright rude. I went to get my fingerprints completed yesterday and did not realize I had to have a "pre-enrollment" completed in order for my name to show up in the system. I showed my code given from my employer to the guy and he told me "no, that's wrong." Low and behold, my incorrect code worked fine and I was able to pre-enroll. The pre-enrollment email that was "supposed to come" never showed up. The guy brought me back into the room a second time and proceeded to then argue with me saying he's done this for "17 years" and I "should have gotten an email immediately." I asked him if he could look up my pre-enrollment another way. Low and behold, he was magically able to pull up my information with my phone number and I didn't need this super important email that never showed up. This was a huge hassle. I will never go back to this location for any other service solely based on the attitude of this individual toward me.

Business owner late to appointments made. Staff has no contact with owner and certain services required the owner. Very poor quality service from owner. Do not recommend using the business unless required.

Absolutely fantastic small business! My husband (also a small business owner) dropped his phone before work and cracked the screen.I ran around to 3 different places trying to find someone to fix his phone as soon as possible.SmartFix Center was beyond helpful and was able to over night a replacement screen and have it fixed the next day.He had amazing customer service and was super knowledgeable.100% will be a repeat customer for all broken electronics and I would highly recommend him!Thank you!

I made an appointment for an I9 Verification like a week ago and they cancelled my appointment just less than 1 hour before the appointed time. I wasn't aware of the email and voice message as I was busy. I showed up there just to see the sign on the door that they closed for the rest of the week. They could just cancel it earlier or not taking any appointment if they already planned to be out for that long. Terrible communication!
