I had a passport photo taken at the Union Deposit store that wasn’t done correctly and when I tried to submit it digitally so was told it wouldn’t be accepted. I called that store and they said “that’s how they always are, but you can come back to have it retaken…”. I called the Camp Hill store and spoke with Ash who was very helpful and friendly, she told me that shouldn’t be how the digital photos look. She told me I could come to their store and have it retaken free of charge. I got there and June knew exactly what I was there for, took the photo and processed it in no time. Greatly appreciate everyone at this store, they went out of their way to fix a problem that wasn’t one they made!
