We attempted to use the printing services at this Staples twice and both situations were terrible, so I recommend going to any other printing services store, including the Harrisburg Staples. In the first situation, this printing team was entirely incapable of printing simple business cards for weeks. The only time they attempted it the writing on the cards was off center and sloppy. When the Harrisburg Staples took over this job, they printed the cards perfectly in 30 minutes and were flabbergasted that Camp Hill had so much trouble. We gave this Camp Hill Staples one more chance today because we happened to be at the shopping center already and we needed to print out an obituary for my father. The staff refused to greet us for several minutes at the printing area and when we asked about the paper options, we were told they only have 8.5 by 11 inch paper for printing. The staff person claimed they were unable to print photos or anything special other than simple printer paper or cardstock. When we asked about the big advertisement behind the staff person showing that Staples had several larger paper options available for printing, she then admitted they did actually have other paper available but it would take a lot of time for printing and be very complicated. It left us with zero confidence this Staples was capable of printing the obituary before the funeral, which really just added insult to injury with what we are going through. Anyway, I never leave negative business reviews but these two experiences were so uniquely terrible, I’m leaving a review with the hope that Staples management fixes this situation for others in the future.

I had a very difficult experience trying to return an Instacart order at this location today. I believe that customer service skills need implemented on this process. I was instructed by Instacart to return the item and was told I could not do that by the manager in an abrupt manner. After calling Instagram from the parking lot, they did again tell me to drop the product off at the store. After explaining to an associate what they told me to do, she was still some what emphatic about the fact that I could only get store credit. I told her Instacart already refunded me my money onto my credit card. I am concerned that what I did return will have no tracking from this store because they only took my item and gave me no receipt that I returned it there. I doubt I will ever shop at this store again.

Today's customer service experience at production department was incredibly disappointing at staples. Despite explaining the urgency of needing two pieces of certificate paper for church, the lady at the production desk insisted on a one-hour wait time and was unhelpful and disrespectful. It's frustrating to encounter such behavior, especially when dealing with something as important as time-sensitive documents.It's unfortunate that the lady at the production desk provided misleading information about the paper quality at the public printer. Trusting that it would be the same as the certificate paper, only to find out otherwise, must have been frustrating. It's important for customer service representatives to be transparent and accurate in their responses to ensure customers receive the service they expect.

Beware of buying any Staples brand gel stick pens because my experience was 7 out of 12-pack gel pens did not work. When I spoke to clerk at Staples Camp Hill, I was told because I had no receipt & my Staples container was not current, I was SOL. Save your $$ and go elsewhere!

recently had the opportunity to shop at Staples, and overall, I had a positive experience. The store offers a wide range of office supplies and equipment, making it convenient for all my business needs. The staff was helpful and friendly.However, one aspect that stood out was the cost of printer usage. While the convenience of their printing services is undeniable, I found it a bit expensive. It would be great if Staples could consider more competitive pricing in this area to better serve their customers. Nevertheless, for all other office-related needs, Staples remains a reliable choice.

The Amazon returns process needs improvement. Despite the returns page stating that any employee can assist with returns, I was directed to an unstaffed Shipping Center desk on two occasions. There's no signage to indicate whether the staff member is on break or nearby. Customers are left waiting indefinitely, unsure when assistance will be available. This area needs better management and clearer communication.

Staples is one of my main go-to places for school/stationary supplies. Their sales are some of the best with 50¢ basic notebooks and decent pricing of the nicer brands. You can earn rewards and coupons through their app. You can also order online and get 1-hour pick up. Their customer service is great. I did an online order recently and had an issue with an item. The wireless mouse I ordered was missing its USB connector piece. I called customer service and the gentleman apologized and had a new one sent two days later(I offered to send the other one back[it's not usable] but he said it wasn't necessary) It was quick and easy and I was on the phone for about 5 min.

Stopped in to pick up a print that someone else had ordered for me. Turned out to be the wrong size. Cindie was incredibly helpful and reprinted it for me on the spot. Extremely helpful and kind. Great customer service!

I had invites printed for my son's 1st birthday and Cindie was a HUGE help! From notifying me there was a coupon to use, to getting them ordered and picking them up she was great and so sweet! I will definitely come back to place orders with her again!
