Whoever is in charge of mobile orders vs drive thru orders doesn't pass the logic test. I ordered through the mobile app at 3:13pm and it said my order would be ready in 5-8 minutes. I arrive and at the drive thru order machine, I'm told my order isn't ready and I need to park and wait. Well, there are cars ahead of me and behind me, so I have to wait in line. I get to the window at 3:22 and I'm told it's still not ready and the online time doesn't reflect their store times, so I need to get out of line and wait. And they give some line how orders placed at the store vs. mobile orders are handled differently, so that's why I need to get out of line and wait, but people who order at the drive thru can stay in line while everyone else waits for their orders to be completed. By that time the drive thru line was 8+ cars deep, so I get back in line. Within 2 minutes I got a notification that my order was ready. So, now I have to wait for all the cars ahead of me to get served. Some of them may have had mobile orders that may have been placed before or after me. But there were definitely cars that ordered while in line. So by the time I get back to the window I've waited over an additional 10 minutes to get my order and people who clearly ordered after me AND were in line after me the 1st time I was line had been served and driven away. When I try to tell the lady at the window their system didn't make any sense she got rude with me and acted like it was my fault her store couldn't provide the service they say they provide. She also kept telling me I could have come inside. Again, like it's my fault they can't handle drive thru and mobile orders in a timely and competent manner. In the scheme of things maybe it's not a big deal. But the store employees handled the situation poorly and could have let me stayed at the window like every other customer that waits at the window while they're order is completed.

Shoutout the lady in the drive thru....or "old lady" as she'll tell you....she might be in her early 40s (not old at all)... that said i used the drive thru to order; she stated she couldnt hear me then when I patiently spoke louder she told me I was being rude. My order is likely the easiest of the day as it doesnt have any special recipe additions its just black. It should be easier and more positive or neutral of an experience. The lady then told me she was old and she didnt like my volume/tone and so thats why she made me reorder. I stop here every morning on my way to work will not anymore will find a "younger more hip starbucks" they are literally everywhere. Regardless of age i treat everyone with respect and dignity so shout out you for the bad review.

Every time I place an online order 10 to 15 min prior to arrival , I go through the drive thru, and they tell me I have to go inside because it's not ready. I understand if it happens sometimes, but it is constantly.

I’ve been asking for surprise drinks when I go to Starbucks lately as kind of a pick me up to myself and this team in particular made a really good one and were so friendly!! Thanks guys! ❤️

As the owner of Dolly's Laundromat here at the Shoppes at Cedar Cliff, I come here often and they always get my order right, and are always friendly. I will come in or hit the drive through day or night or whenever, and they make my order perfectly every time. Always worth a tip as well!

Went in for drinks I have gotten before at other Starbucks. When I tell you they tasted DIRTY. With what little flavor was in them at all. Every drink we got even my son's hot chocolate tasted like old coffee bean water. We all took a sip then threw them all away. Will not be coming back to this

Went through the drive through and the man at the window was rude and horrible to me on 12/14/23 at about 7am. My drink was incorrect even after explaining several times what I asked for but I wasn’t rude because it happens a lot and I’m used to it but I watched him use horrible language about me to the baristas while I’m looking at him through the window. He never came back out to give me correct drink and sent someone else to bring it and she was nice. But man I’ve never had a barista act like to me and I go to Starbucks every day but not typically this location since my favorite one closed. Won’t ever go there again smh

Walked in to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good conversation with a friend and had a horrible experience. I stood at the counter for 5+ mins and was ignored. The baristas were frantic with drive through orders and ignoring the dining room. When I say “hello, excuse me ma’am” very kindly a worker looked at me and said “can you wait 5-10 minutes, we are slammed” I asked if I could order and then wait but she paged someone and then another person came from the back and took my order, with lots of attitude. I frankly felt like I was a problem. It took another 15 mins for a hot drip coffee. 25 mins for a hot coffee and a piece of cake. Shocking. When I asked for cream and sugar, she snapped and said “you need to tell us before so I can put it in for you”. Wow. I don’t even know what to say except next time I will drive through with my friend and drink our coffee in the car in the parking lot. ??.

Absolutely the rudest drive through I have ever been to. The app placed my order at the wrong starbucks and I was told that they could not help me and my order was not important to them. Never will I come back

One of my favorite places to go for a delicious coffee! A little on the pricey side but worth it for an occasional treat! The staff are always upbeat and friendly and the atmosphere always welcoming!
