Went in the store to pay my phone off and to upgrade but when I went in they was 3 guysOne was helping a customer and the other 2 did not even got up to help me or say anything to meWas there for like 9 min and I just walk out

Went in to add a line and they said was eligible for free phone but had to carry insurance. Also said there was a promotion for free SyncUPS. Never received them and was charged. Called TMobile customer service and was told did not need to carry insurance. Canceled that and SyncUPS, very deceptive so they could probably get commissions. Will never step foot in there again

I went to the store to get clarification on my account. The representative and so-called store manager (Alexander) was extremely rude. The moment he realized he wasn't going to make a sale, he told me to leave. All I had were account questions, and he directed me to call customer service, even though they were the ones who told me to go to the store in the first place. He didn't allow me to ask a question, didn't care to look at my account, and asked us to leave "his" store. To top it all off, he yelled at my dad because we were "hurting" his numbers. What numbers? Anyway, I'd stay away from this store, and T-Mobile, please vet your people better, especially if you're going to make them managers. It doesn't cost anything to be a decent human being and treat others with respect.

I rate this place 1 star because of the store manager, he was really unprofessional and pretty rude did not want to help me out and accused me for being wrong even though I was right. My experience was really awful with this store. I went to a different location and they took care of me right away and activated 2 lines for me. I believe the store manager is not fit for his position and I would request management to please look into all the negative comments about this store customers are always right.

This store is a franchise and is solely out to make as much money as possible. I was lied to repeatedly during my past three trips to the store and promised followup was never done. I will be visiting the store on the Carlisle Pike moving forward, beware.

This T-Mobil is wonderful, Alex is a great person and willing to go the extra mile for customers, the staff are helpful knowledgeable, and friendly. I was able to get a reasonably priced plan. I look forward to working with the staff in the future on adding another line.

Beware that this store is out to make a sale anyway they can even if it means doing things that break T-Mobile company policy. Ive been a very satisfied Tmobile customer for over 20 years until last month and now I see my relationship means nothing. My specific experience with Alexis and Alex (the manager) at this store over the past 30 days makes me want a divorce! Talk about SHADY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

The only reason I am giving less than five stars is because of technical issues with the store system itself while I was purchasing a new line and device. Gemini was the sweetest and kindest soul that I could have ever hoped for to get us through those hiccups. She was absolutely the best person for the job!

Just got home internet and switched from xfinity with my wife and the reps had great service! Was informed of all the promotions I could take advantage of and super happy with the information. I read some other reviews here but I didn’t get any of those negative vibes at all, my bill has been consistent and transparent so idk why so many people seem to be having issues

Twenty and got 2 new lines from T Mobile in Capital City Mall. The Manager , Alex , sold us 2 lines and told us that the bill was supposed to be $140. We were charged $200. Went back to the store and talked to Alex... he told me going forward the bill will be $140 but can't refund the $60. Total fraud.

Scammed me and my family, told us they were giving us $200 free for any item. Turned out nothing was free and they added a number to our account that we’ve been paying off for a year without saying anything, we are still paying it off they are taught to scam people and add things to your acc after you leave. They took advantage of my mother because of her inability to speak English terrible manager and workers

Absolute garbage customer service. Never have I been so poorly treated at T mobile. These two classy gents couldn’t even be bothered to get up and help a customer, and then are standoffish and dismissive. This is the only location I know of that doesn’t have their tap to pay set up nor can you pay securely with chip as they demand your card “for their system”. I’d be careful doing business at this location with these shady T mobile agents.

Terrible customer service. We walked in and no one seemed willing to help. Alex the manager at this location was dismissive and short with us. When we were asking questions along with another associate seemed like we were bothering them.I’m getting sick of working with T-Mobile. Spending almost $300 a month on phones and can’t get decent service at the stores or accurate information. T-Mobile please pay your employees more
