I came to Camphill post office To mail a package. the header of Camphill post office was the person that I dealt with. I have been mailing for a long time and I had quite a bit of tape on the package and he made me take that tape off Said he wouldn’t put the package through until I took the tape off never have I have had this happen before So I had to Rip off the tape with a scissors put one piece of tape across the package and
lo and behold the package arrived b to the person with a damaged product. It truly was the post office managers
fault. He had such a bad attitude, and I think it should be brought to the attention of somebody

We went for a newborn passport during walk-in hours. The lady working there was professional and efficient. The walk-in hours are Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM. If you are there for a first-time passport or renewal, make sure to complete the appropriate application beforehand. Otherwise, they will not accept you during walk-in hours.

That red headed woman at the front desk is condescending and rude. Maybe move her to the back of the post office instead of having her do customer service?

Limited availability of appointments. Your customer service and experience is completely based on the staff person you get. The red headed female employee was completely overwhelmed that she was brash, rude and dismissive, completely unwilling to answer questions or engage in any level of conversation to reduce the risk for mistakes. She is setting up the office to have repeat walk ins as she believes she’s detail oriented but in her egotistical perspective she is crew more work for herself.

I called yesterday afternoon asking what time for FBI fingerprinting. I was told walk in only between 8:30a-9:15am. I was also told $26 to have it done… I had to schedule to come into work late to arrive here today at 8:30a. I waited in line for over 30mins to find out that all the information I was given was incorrect. Fingerprinting is at 10am and $50… there should be more clear information posted online and or in the building…

They stopped the mail from coming to my residence because I wasn’t checking it? They assumed my place was vacant when it WAS NOT, and they didn’t try to check to see if I was still there or anything, I wish I could give them a 0 star…Then I tried to call in to see where my mail is at and the lady on the phone I think her name is Dana, she kept being sarcastic/condescending while I was just trying to find out where my mail/packages went to!

I rarely need to ship anything, but had to send something quickly to a family member who had left something at my house. I went on the website, which does not include any of the needed information regarding their rules for shipping yet is happy to let you pre-print a label and take your money! When I came to the office to pick up the box I would need for the label I printed, there was no way to actually box up what I needed to ship and the person behind the counter told me that they were not allowed to help me box anything up, nor did they supply any of the materials to be able to do the boxing on my own! This is not reflected on the website, and the person was not very polite when I said that the website needed to be clearer with instructions to people who needed to ship something. FedEx will be the company I use in the future.
