Switch to new phone was quick and easy. Credit on old phone made new phone a lot less expensive! New phone is an upgrade too.

Busy sunday afternoon shows open no staff there, no signage communicating there closed temporarily or permanently. Wouldnt recommend driving there may or may not be open when you arrive.

I had an issue that plagued our family, our video calls would not work. Went to other verizon stores, they could not resolve the issue. Samsung .could not solve the problem. My wife bought a whole new phone to try to get this functionality back. Went to the mall location, the issue persisted after activation. The guys promptly deleted some updates and reinstalled the update files. Fixed the problem noone else could for months! Thanks guys for not just shrugging and saying "that sucks". Give these guys a raise! I Recommend this location over the others
