Walmart's in this area are not as well managed as out west. Empty shelves are one thing, but merchandise waiting to be stocked in many aisle impeding shoppers is unnecessary! Prices are much higher due to inflation, many items especially food, beverages and pet food are significantly lower in other local brand stores. I go to Walmart now twice monthly rather than two times weekly. This Walmart has the strangest traffic pattern to get in or out!

Today i went to the Camp Hill Walmart grocery area and some storage bins and was amazed to see someone with not one but TWO dogs in there! These clearly weren't service dogs, they were Scotties and on leashes. I pointed it out to a clerk and he just shrugged and said people bring dogs in and nothing could be done. I love dogs, we have one, but it is VERY unsanitary to have a dog wandering in a grocery store. I know at my favorite coffee shop, we can't bring our dog in because of health regs. So I hope something is one at Walmart to stop this.

This store is in dire need of responsible leadership. The place is a total reck. Shelves are empty, like no stock has been ordered, delivered and/or put out for sale. What is on the shelves is dirty and unorganized. The only reason I gave it a 2 was the main bathroom was pretty clean. As with other places, the staff was very limited and when asked for their assistance we were not given the best service. It was like we were bothering them. Everyone is dealing with employee shortages, but the ones actually working need to be trained and supported by upper management a lot better. I would not recommend shopping here unless absolutely necessary.

This Walmart is handy for a lot of things, and it has a variety of different options you can choose from. It was a grocery section, a home section, and a tech section. I found the tech employee to be very helpful when asking about ink for my new printer, but some of the other employees at the front of the store were not as friendly. I asked if they had ice cube trays and they just shrugged their shoulders and went back to what they were doing. I found most of what I was looking for though.

I don't know if it's the location or what but this Walmart is the smallest supercenter in the area! But besides that it's also a navigational hazard trying to get in and out of this place if you don't know how it's set up! But even in the parking lot you have to be extremely wary of the people rushing in and out of this place because they sure are not looking out for you! This supercenter is small and limited on products if your looking for specifics go to someplace you know carries what your looking for instead of coming here and chance it. I would much rather travel to a much larger better stocked Walmart!

Literally THE WORST Walmart in the universe. I live very close and avoid the store due to its terrible inventory, lazy/undertrained staff, and overall lack of organization. Pick another store and don't waste your time.

I just came back from a trip to Walmart. I went to the service station to get a Money Order, between 5 -7 PM. Two ladies at the counter. I was 3rd in line. Two guy in front, looking to cash their paycheck. Was told the financial system was down. So I spoke up, asking does the include Money Orders? The 1st lady said yes. So I asked, could a call be made to the the store in Mechanicsburg? The other lady, said No, that she is busy? My question to her was ... Your busy?.. she said yes, as she starts gathering items to sort . Walmart, is this how the general public is to be treated. This was not welcomed customer service. I felt, my question bothered her and that she rather get back to whatever else she was doing. So, if you have a question for the service desk. The employee could care less. Actually. This is not time to be meet a up with a unhelpful, unreasonable employee. Becky, should have called off , today. Absolutely horrible.

This use to be a very nice Walmart compared to others in the area use to be very clean and well stocked, hopefully they are just having a bad day and it will go back to the way it was.

We were waiting in line for so long that we actually ran out of time and had to leave the cart there, and didn't buy anything. Almost every worker there didn't care at all about the customers. One worker completely ignored us when we politely asked if there was anyone else that could open another register. The person working at the only register open (there were about 15 people in line) was taking 10 minutes per customer. There were misplaced items in every aisle of the store, and the store seemed unclean in general. I don't even know why we come here, the line takes so long we can't ever buy anything anyway. If you don't have about 2 hours to wait in line, I don't recommend coming here.

Found the selection at this place below average. Went to the kitchen section - poorly arranged and less variety available. Aisles are very congested. Doesn't give a very clean feeling. Went to check out their groceries and vegetables seemed fresh though. Not likely to return to this branch for anything specific.

I had purchased 2 television mounts from Walmart. I had also purchased 2 installation cards from there. They use an outside service to do these. The Internet address is handy.com/walmart. The first time a man was sent by the name of Paul Scrivani. He said that he could do both TVs so I could cancel the second install. I did that and then explain to him exactly where I wanted the second tv in my bedroom. First he tried to talk me in to moving my dresser mirror and then let my tv on top of my dresser. This is NOT what I wanted or paid for. Then he hung my tv that it is hanging below my shoulders and it hits me when ever I walk by. He left with the wires hanging everywhere. He also used my private bathroom when he was told if he had to go, he was to use the guest bathroom. He was not professional at all. I will never have someone work for me that lies about the work he was supposed to be doing. If it was possible, I would give this guy a negative number

I've always had great experiences here . Piper in the electronics department was very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately there wasn't anyone at the fishing department & we went over to ask him if there was anyone over there that could help . He took initiative to come over and help us quickly so he could get back to his original department.. we encountered a few problems with the drawer not having its cash & our items getting rung up incorrectly . Piper remained calm , & kept us at ease & the lady helping him was also very quick with the process . Thank you Piper for your great customer service !!
