The club was clean, and there were 2 pools plus a children's water ptlay area. The yoga and pilates classes provided by Cindy were top notch - she was audible and clear and the class was challenging but not brutal. Jody at the front desk is pleasant. There are lots of weight machines and weights. On the down side, the club took out the coffee/beverage service and do not have any water stations as near as I can tell. Most fitness clubs have a dispenser to fill your water bottle with filtered water. Here, one must drink the foul water from the public water supply or buy expensive bottled water from the machine and deal with the plastic refuse. Also, no employee in the weight area seems to know if they have a sauna or not. I politely asked employees (or maybe they were 3rd party personal trainers) about sauna and equipment and they were not very accommodating or friendly.

Not particularly their fault..... It's just Everything is so scattered n Maze like. They're missing most of the equipment I use for my gym workout. Battle ropes are locked away. No chin up machine. Etc. Everything is outdated and worn heavily. Feels like a forgotten place that hasn't seen funding since 1980. I originally came here because my gyms pool is closed for maintenance and they have a running track... but... I'm very disappointed... I think I'll go to a different YMCA....Once again. Not particularly their fault. No hard feelings against them. Just pointing out a few things

This is a great facility, friendly staff, and great gym equipment. The class offerings are carried and have great trainers.

Really great gym that has something for everyone. As an athlete, I wish there were more squat and deadlift racks. I also wish there were air assault bikes too. But I don’t think that’s enough to give 4 stars.

There is a life guard women There she is about 45 years old she's not polite and she didn't do her work all the time I come I found her talking about people with other's this is so bad

I joined four months ago because I work out of state and I can use the Y when at work with one subscription. My employment is in a small Midwest town. The facility there is clean but equipment is crowded and old. The Mechanicsburg Y is very nice with ample space and many exercise machines. I don't use the court or the pool.

Excellent swim facilities with hot and cold bath, moderate pool temperature, and 24X7 life guard. Cheap extra swimming lessons. And membership starts at only $40 per month.

Have been with the Trindle Road YMCA for more than 15 years, as a volunteer and a patron. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and I hope to continue there for years to come.

Great front desk assistants that greet you by name! Great volunteers and paid workers. Great Personal Trainers. Love the energy being around people who work hard at getting and maintaining great health. West Shore YMCA is another organization of connections with healthy people and families

I like all the variety of classes offered at the Y. It is a friendly place! The Y has been important for meeting my fitness goals for more than 30 years.

The energy at this Y is so very good and refreshing. The diverse members are friendly. Children are taught and demonstrate good manners. My personal trainer has helped me with motivation. Things at this gym are personal but not intrusive; it is a place I love to spend time at.

Clean facility, friendly staff at the welcome desk. Enjoy going to the Y in the evenings. Open til 9:00 PM on the weekdays.
