Brandon ( I hope I have the correct name) was very kind and helpful. There are not a lot of cars available at this location. We rented through Expedia which was a mistake on our part, but he went out of his way to make it work for us. Thank you again. We were there on 8/15/22 at noon.

I had a very good experience at cannonsburg location the gentleman at check out was very nice and knowledgeable.Also returning the car went smooth and that gentleman was also very nice.

I had exceptional customer service at this car rental location. Kam, helped me resolve an important situation with ease. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help me and get me back on my way. I can't say thank you enough to Kam! Highly recommend!

Received a call 40 minutes prior to my pre paid reservation for a three day rental to let me know they have no vehicles. John Sanders informed me to call customer service and that he knew this was going to happen yesterday. No other options ideas help or anything. Absolute Joke of an operation. Their wizard number is C2B and the owner of this franchised owned location is Armond Mark Antonio. I will never use these guys again. I wish I could give zero stars. Please don't use this location if you are relying on actually having a vehicle

Don't waste your time here. I reserved a vehicle for our vacation and the next day they contacted me and told me that they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I was instructed to call their customer service number and they would resolve the issue. When I called their customer service number, I was told that they did have the vehicle, but it would cost $50 more. They told me that if I didn't want to pay the extra $50, I could wait until the day of my reservation (which would leave me no option to rent anywhere else) and see if the price somehow magically went down. They basically forced me to cancel my reservation. Don't trust this company. They'll end up ruining your trip with their dishonest games.

We booked a week in advance. They called me at noon on the day of my 5pm pickup to say they didn't have a car and I should check with a competitor. Suddenly a few hours later they "happened to get a drop off early" and would have a car for me. When I showed up there was 4 cars in the bay. The lies continued by making comments of "oh now we have all these cars!" "Yeah our 6 o'clock happened to drop off an hour early so we got you a car" (note, they called me at 4.... I picked up at 5.... at least get your lies straight and say they dropped off two hours early) "I gave you a free upgrade for the trouble". At this point I just wanted the car, I was on a strict schedule and didn't have time to cause a fuss. They told me things irrelevant to my booking (like how debit cards have a failure rate when booking? I booked with a credit card- don't care.... also their policy on giving people warnings of no cars to avoid unnecessary stress? Don't care, you still gave me unnecessary stress considering I was told I wouldn't have a car and yet here I am picking one up) Cut to drop off, there was miscommunication on our side and a bag seemed to have been left behind in the car. Tried to call to at least leave a voicemail, no luck. I went on the Budget customer service site for their lost and found to make a report. On the website, it specifically says to contact the location directly if it is not listed. This location isn't listed so I waited until the morning to call. I received the text saying my car was successfully checked in. When I called all they told me was the car was returned to the airport. So, you didn't look over the car before handing it off and checking it in? If I did my initial inspection to make sure the car was in good shape at the location- why wouldn't the same inspection be performed at that location when I dropped it off. I've NEVER had this much trouble with a rental car. I've heard this isn't the first time that they tell customers they "don't have a car". Next time I need a car, I'd rather drive out of my way to go get one than come back here.

Their customer service is top notch at this location. Like most locations, cars are supplied by the airport so don't blame them for their selection of cars (they usually have a decent selection anyway). I rent there 2-3 times a month and they go above and beyond to make things work if there is a problem. Here are some tips to make your rentals go smoothly. The first thing you should do as a Budget renter is join the Budget Fastbreak membership at no cost. This allows most if not all the rental paperwork to be completed before you get there! When you go to an airport location, you can avoid those dreaded lines! You get a special number to call Budget if you have Fastbreak also. Secondly, avoid pre-pay rentals, sure, it may be cheaper but reservations are usually locked in and not much can be done to change them so make sure your plans are definite. These simple tips will save you a lot of aggravation.

Location is not open during hours on door or website if you do call ahead and make a reservation good luck usually only one gentleman working. If you decide to bring your car back during normal hours and are the type of person that likes to look over the car with the person and have a receipt handed to you good luck once again they will not be here. Two weeks in a row I have had the courtesy of showing up with the door locked and a closed sign hung up.

We rented a car through their national number because, apparently, this location never answers their phone (I tried...several times). We needed an SUV to fit our family for vacation and we were to leave Friday morning. I scheduled the pick up for 8am. We received a call at 7:30am THE SAME DAY AS PICK UP that there were no SUVs available. Ummm, how's that? Isn't that what the reservation is for? To make sure that there is a car available for us to pick up? They expressed their apologies but we had literally no time to make other arrangements. One of our older children offered to stay home and not go with us so that the rest of us could go in our family vehicle (taking 2 cars was not an option). Thanks Budget. One of our children did not go on vacation with us because you did not have a car available. I wonder how the manager of this location would feel if one of his children had to stay home from vacation due to a company's inability to do their job? I plan to make sure that anyone who ever asks me where to NOT rent a car knows that they should never rent from Budget.

We rented a Chevy Tahoe to travel from Washington State to Pennsylvania. The vehicle was nice, but we had an issue with a tire. They did take care of it immediately and got us back on the road. The only thing was contacting them to extend our rental period due to inclement weather and the tire issue. I would definitely rent from them again, the associates were very nice and helpful.

It is unbelievable how budget and their agents are not on the same page. I called customer service and the local dealer certify they take debit cards both said yes. Reserved a vehicle no problem, but when I went to get the vehicle I was told by the agent they dont accept debit cards. Customer service said sorry that's not their issue I need to take it up with the location. Meanwhile I have to wait 5 days to get my money back and spend 30 to get there and home. They didn't have anybody available for pick up. I am totally upset and might even consider legal actions.

Do not rent from this location. If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all I rented a full size car, and I had a free upgrade. Couldn't get the upgrade because they only had one car. Next the car they had had a broken window. The associate then sent me all the way to the airport to get a car which I could not because I prepaid. So I ended up have to go all the way back to get the other car which also smelled of smoke to have to take it to the airport to exchange. When it was time for me to turn the car in and pick up another one because they tried to charge me double to extend that rental the associate called when while I was on my way to return the car to tell me that they did not have any cars. So now I had to wait for him to locate me a car. About an hour an a half pass I call back only to find out I had to go to the airport. By the way I live over an hour away from the airport. Now I am going through it with budget because they are trying to charge me an extra day for their incompetence. Never ever will I rent from them again.

Do NOT rent from this location!! Stay away at all costs!! They are awful.. If you would have asked me a year ago I would say they were good, but over the past year they have people working there that have no idea what they are doing! People that do not know how to use a computer and are extremely slow. When you do a reservation online you expect it to speed up the process so you can pick up the rental and be on your way, not stand around for an hour waiting for someone to figure out how to use a computer. On top of that both times the SUV was filthy inside and out!!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the aggravation of renting from here. If I could give zero stars I would, it's that bad.
