The woman in front of us noted that she was charged $3.50 for an item that was marked $3. She chose to walk away without her item. We then noticed that our total came up $3 more than what we tallied it up to be. Salt and pepper shakers that were marked $2 rang up as $3. A 16 inch pizza pan which was marked $8 rang up as $10. I asked the cashier about the multiple items incorrectly priced and she explained that they are having a problem with a reset of some kind. I was directed to the general manager, who was very busy and behaved as such as I approached her. She appeared bothered that I was asking about the price discrepancies and told me that she probably wouldn’t have asked for a refund for $3.,She also explained that they are having a problem with some sort of reset. She did admit that I should probably get a refund but I chose to walk away without pursuing the refund after she shamed me for caring.
Question: The woman in front of us and we had 3 items with discrepancies between us. How many more items have to come up with the wrong price for you to consider it appropriate for your customers to hold Dollar General accountable?

The customer service is good. But Everytime I try something from the freezer isle I almost always end up getting stomach ill.

Awesome location because i like how the shelf’s full of items is nice & neat without none of the items are on the floor plus the managers are good keeping the lights working as good as new without getting dark so i definitely enjoy buying certain items at this location.

You never know if they are actually going to be open. You guys really need to start paying employees more so you actually have a chance of retaining a few, there are three Dollar General stores near me and it's the same story with all of them Canonsburg, Cecil, and Houston, I'll just go to Family Dollar or Shop n Save, they're always open when they say they'll be.

Store employees closed store before posted hours. The store employees would not let customers in at 9pm when posted hours are 10pm.

Stopped in for a coffee and snack on my way to work, got to the register and saw the cashier outside on a smoke break. I don't have a problem with this, it was when she saw me standing at the register through the window and turned her back on me and continued her smoke break. I decided I did not need my coffee and snack that badly.

This place is getting better. They were really short staffed for awhile so all products were really low. The staff is always so friendly which is nice because I'm sure it's stressful because short staffed.

Pretty gross in there if I’m being honest. Mud all over the floors, dust in every corner and at bottom of the shelves, shelves aren’t stocked and there is unpacked merchandise in the aisles.

Store is open, but nobody working there. People walking around shopping, line at the register, no employees. There is a self checkout, but that's it. People walking out. Not sure if anyone is actually paying.
