Everyone there is great! The staff, vet techs, and vets all care so much. We've been going there for over 16 years and never had a bad experience.

They have been so incredibly helpful when my dogs have gotten hurt, have a digestive issue, or just need their check ups. They've taken care of my cats with dental issues too. Dr. Threadgill and vet tech Shara have been absolute life savers! I highly recommend them!

An excellent and well established veterinarian clinic. The doctor was extremely gracious to our Pupper and helped him feel comfortable.

I left after 16 years. I was yelled at over the phone by a young girl giving me medical advice without asking a doctor ! . Her name was cher or shar. I asked for a Monday appointment she immediately said sorry we don’t have one you’ll need to call. They are not willing to help you out at all. I took my business elsewhere. When dr Jay left the business changed.

The staff and vets at this place are truly amazing people and are so friendly and caring ! My son had to put his 18 year old cat to sleep here .. I went with him for support… and I was very impressed with how empathetic they all were during our sad visit here . What a nice vet clinic! Thank you all .

Heads upThis is how Hidden Valley Animal Clinic in Peter's Township is treating clients....I have been a client of Hidden Valley Animal Clinic for 16+ years and between 8 animals I entrusted to their care spent well over $15,000. I have reccomended them to countless people. Since a few of the original Doctors retired and they got a new "office manager" things have changed. I wonder if whomever owns this clinic now knows how many people this "Amy" is driving away?My dog who had been under thier care for an illness a few days prior was having an adverse reaction to a commonly prescribed medication. When I called late in the day Wednesday I was told that her normal doctor would not be an until Friday so I asked that another doctor call me back Thursday as I thought that was too long to wait since everything that she was taking in was coming out and she was losing weight. Dehydration was also a concern.Thursday came and went and I never received a call.A sent an email to the veterinary clinic asking why someone had not returned a call to me regarding an animal that has been under their care and who is sick and struggling and this is the response I got back from the office manager... obviously I will be changing veterinary clinics immediately!!!!** UPDATE 4/7/23 **I received a copy of my animals records today via mail. No note of thank you for entrusting your pets to us all these years or "we are sorry you are choosing to leave the practice".Nothing ....definitely made the right choice to leave!‐--------Heather,We are a large practice that receives 50 doctor call backs and medication requests every day. We only have 2 or 3 doctors working daily: they see appointments from 8am to 12pm and 2pm-5pm or 2pm-7pm. They often run behind on appointments because they are going above and beyond for other clients' sick pets. This leaves them with less time to address call backs and med requests and not to mention some lunch. At the end of their shift, they finish their medical notes and address what call backs and med requests that they can. We have 7,180 active clients for our practice. This doesn't include our satellite practice that also has clients reach out for call backs and medication requests. Our doctors try really hard to address everything within a couple of days. Every client that calls in is just as important as the other. What is unacceptable is the "same day response" demand that we receive from many clients. Our doctors have families at home and we promote a work life balance. This keeps our doctors and staff healthy and happy. I am sorry you did not get a response quick enough but you did get a response by Friday, which is pretty good. If you feel this is unacceptable than I would suggest going to another practice.Thank you,Amy

We have been patients here for years the past few years have been very disappointing we don't get call backs, exams haven't been thorough, because of lack of customer service we ended up having to go to the emergency vet. I finally had enough changed vets.

Very happy with the care our dog receives here. As he’s gotten much older he’s needed additional care and they have been excellent throughout that process. They always take the time to explain things clearly and answer all of our questions. As for the front-end staff - they have never been anything but amazing with us. Very friendly. Very helpful. The past few years have been stressful for everybody, so a little kindness shown to those providing a service these days goes a long way.

The wouldn't see my dog. I have been with them for decades and have my sister and niece going there too. But they hadn't seen me in awhile so they turned me away.

I have been using Hidden Valley for about 4 years for my pets and have nothing but good things to say about them. Dr. Thierry Clermont and Dr. Threadgill have been our primary vets for 3 dogs and 2 cats. Dr. Clermont took a lot of his time with us 4 years ago when we were trying to find a vet willing to see our human aggressive dog, Hero. The first visit was all about meeting hero and building a trusting bond without causing him any stress with shots or a physical exam. That's when we made our decision to continue with them. Both doctors mentioned above always make us feel heard and take their time explaining what is going on with our pets so we understood. We have dealt with major ear and yeast infections, cancer, urinary incontinence, seizures, crystals in the urine, and gastrointestinal issues along with normal routine visits. We have no complaints about our experiences. Our problems were always addressed and given realistic expectations without false hope, but they always did it with compassion. With Vet offices being so short staffed, it is hard sometimes to be seen but I fully understand them taking last minute appointments based on priority and urgency.Even when my two main vets are not available I have been able to be seen by other vets and have never had a bad experience. Noone ever makes us feel rushed during our appointments and they truly take their time with the animal in front of them. Last year I adopted a severely fearful, some would call her feral, dog and they adjusted their physical examination based on keeping the dog comfortable. I was so happy to see that. I could go on and on as to why I recommend this vet office. But at the end of the day all I can say is the entire staff, from friendly-polite office staff, knowledgeable technicians and professional vets makes this the best vet office around! If you are looking for a vet look no further.
