“I’ve been taking my car here for several years. They have always done good work and prices are reasonable. I just brought in a car for inspection and oil change. I was concerned about a loud banging that was happening when I hit bumps. Turns out my frame was rusted thru and cracked, thus “totalling “ the car. P & W sent me photos of the damage and was up front and honest. They didn’t try to charge me for the oil change and inspection (they didn’t do). Others may not have been so honest and would try to charge me. They let me keep the now junked car on the lot for a few days while I arranged a salvage pick up.This shop is trustworthy.”

I’ve taken four different vehicles there for different problems and every time the project has been done in a reasonable timeline with a fair price. Everything from electrical issues to your typical inspection needs - never had a bad experience at this shop.”

“I called on a Tuesday afternoon to ask about getting two front tires. They told me to bring it by the shop to check to see if my car was AWD or not because I didn't know. I took it to the shop that, dropped it off for them to work on the next day. I received a call first thing Wednesday morning just letting me know that the tires didn't make the AM truck but they will be arriving Wednesday afternoon. I got a call a little after 3pm Wednesday saying that my car was done! I was very thankful for the update about the tires and for such speedy work as the shop has signs asking for patience as they are short staffed. Thank you West Tire ?”

“Great service as always from a Valvoline! I did have to wait about 30-40 minutes (there was a car being serviced in the bay and 1 in front of me), and I was there about 40 minutes after they opened.The service tech told me that they’re usually super busy at all hours of the day. He was very nice and upon their initial car check (which I love that they do), they found that I had a front and back taillight out.They always have a coupon and were super nice. I would definitely return to this location again, just be wary it could be busy (which is a good problem to have)!”
