“Got a flat trailer tire in West Virginia. We called a ton of 24 hour roadside assistance numbers and no one carried pull behind trailer tires. This man drove an hour and a half to change our trailer tire and also brought us 2 of them so we had good tires for the rest of our trip. Rick and family are honest and communicative, they always explain what’s going on, what costs we are looking at, and what the timelines are. Looking for someone knowledgeable, affordable, and truly dedicated to the craft is hard to find- but you will get that from Rick and team. There have been times I’ve gone in thinking I knew what I needed, and they’ve never taken this as an opportunity to earn a quick dollar- but rather dove deeper and suggested only what I needed, and beyond that explained to me the costs/time/etc so we are all on the same page. That’s someone who is truly honest and dedicated to the craft and the people.

A previous Toyota dealership had used plastic screws and I broke the head off of one trying to get it out upon my move to Pennsylvania. It wasn't really South Hills Toyota's problem, but they fixed it on a busy Saturday and I can't say enough how much I appreciate it!”
“We came in with a 2003 Subaru Baja that lost half of its drive shaft. They installed a used one for us that we found to help us keep costs down. Not only did they do a superior job They used their brains to get that unruly part in correctly. These are the types of mechanics you want to have! Thought I was gonna be wo a vehicle and nearly called off work, they got it done so quickly I was 45 minutes early for work! George and his crew were extremely friendly and fast! Highly recommended! “My friend, who doesn't have a Google account, said Craig is excellent to work with. He had an issue when his new tires were installed and balanced. He had to go back twice because of vibrations after they were installed, but Craig fixed the problem by figuring out his machine needed recalibrating. He fixed it the third time and apologized for the inconvenience multiple times, which wasn't a problem since the issue got fixed. And he'll definitely be back to get tires for his wife's car from Craig and his team.”
