“Here is a shout out for employee,India, who works at FedEx on Washington Road in Pittsburgh. I went to her store to ask about making an enlargement. She explained what I should do and gave me the details on the paper that I needed. Today, I called and she answered. She reviewed my email order and said she would work it. Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.”

“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”

“My fiancé and I needed to print all of the signage for our wedding last minute and were blown away by how helpful Mike at FedEx was. He walked us through the whole process, made it extremely easy for us and was able to print everything with time to spare. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

The two ladies working behind the counter were both amicable and helpful to all. I was delighted to find that my items were expertly packed and well-protected upon their arrival to Atlanta. I appreciate the time and thoroughness of care that was given to them. Thank you ladies!”

“Always have a good experience there. I just moved here 6 months ago and never had a PO box before and it's been a learning curve for me. But that's also why it's a 4 stars for me. I think we should have mailboxes. It's a bit outdated to just have PO boxes. No one has time to check a PO everyday”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”
