Whole process was horrible. Owner had to take my payment over the phone which was sketchy. Then I never received a refund for the dolly they didn’t have. When I got the keys , my uhaul was blocked in behind 3 other trucks and the clerk tried to tell me that I was responsible for moving the trucks.

Easiest truck rental I've ever had. Janine Greer was professional, personable and very efficient. Truck ran great and all worked as expected. Completely different experience than when I rented from U-Haul in Washington, PA. Definitely would recommend the Bethel Park, R188 Self Storage location to anyone.
