Matthew Hess was the consummate professional from the time I first met him attempting to sell my 2015 Escalade and continuing through the process finalization. As I was a first time seller, he was very patient explaining in detail the steps that would occur. As we marched through the process, he guided me and before I knew it I had a check in my hand!!
