H&R Block in Canton and Troy has certainly changed this last year. Preparers are not educated to do their job. No one in Canton can do business accounts and the Troy Office does not even offer an address to send paperwork to local and state. Bill to do them was 598.00. Over 200 more from last year.

It was terrible I got my taxes done on a Sunday and I was suppose to get my money within a couple hours and here it is a week later and still nothing called them twice to ask about the money and they said they would get back to me and I haven't heard a thing
