“I moved back to Pennsylvania from New York City temporarily I currently hold a ny state driving permit I am in Carbondale where can I take the permit test again I hold a New York permit and I want to drive myself places and not allowed with the out of state permit and I need a car as well
I’ll be moving to Florida in June but everything I have. To do is far away and everyone works can I just turn my permit to Pennsylvania and take test asap
All I get is typical excuses from family and holds me up”
