Absolute garbage since all the decent providers left. Arrived a couple minutes late for an emergency appointment for my 3 year old and they turned me away. I was there within there late policy time frame of 15 minutes. Will be pulling all 5 of my children. Casey is also a loon saying that my 4 year old son is talking to dead people instead of him being evaluated for mental conditions that run in the family.

I've been coming here for almost 18 plus years .. Kenny isn't md he's a pa . But he's very very good.. I have adult kids now he has basically been their doctor since they've been kids.. has always been on point with what's wrong .. I personally don't care for Dr. Luna he doesn't listen to his patients.. especially the ones he hasn't taking care of ..they staff are wonderful ???? I've only had a people with one nurse and she was new of course .. said I was rude .. never In the whole time I've been going there have I every been rude to any of the staff and they all know me so good try ???.

Even though they are open they don't turn their phones on in the morning sometime till 10am

Dr. Kenneth Bannon pays attention to everything you say and answers all your questions respectfully! He doesn’t ignore your concerns. I highly recommend! You can also call him with any questions you have! The nurses are also very sweet and professional!

always rude, never "listens" to patients. continues saying what he wants to say like you arent even there speaking. like talking to a wall. love the nurse there though.

Just wow! Years as the Dr's patient and the RUDE unhelpful staff have sent me immediately to another Dr. I will happily take my son to a Dr. With staff who enjoy a human services job and a Dr. Who appreciates loyalty. From a mother to someone looking for a decent Dr. This is not it.

This doctor was extremely rude. He told me I was not his problem. He said I should go to the emergency room. I would never go back there.
