They never have the parts you want they try to do the best if they can't do the job might go to them a national Auto parts should be Nationwide take your part in one spot and you can take it back to the other and a different state not true it's a lie

Traveling by the area. The staff was very helpful with a significant battery issue I had, even going so far as to change out the damaged battery with the new.

Store had everything I needed, 20% off promo, and website/order email/Google confirmed store was open til 6 PM.Order email confirmation came at 4:28 PM. Ready for pickup by 4:41 PM. Got out of work late but made it to store by 5:25 PM.Store lights were off. Called store; no answer. Looked through front door; no one in sight. Called NAPA customer service; long hold/callback.While at competitor store, NAPA customer service called back; voicemail left sounded like representative just rolled out of bed/was fumbling with the phone/didn't care about his job or being taken seriously. Listened to 3 seconds of mumbling before deleting voicemail.Drove 45.6 miles round trip (vs. 12.5) with a leaking transmission and wasted two hours trying to find what I needed because store closed early on Friday and competitor didn't have everything I needed in one location.Couldn't wait until Saturday morning to pick up order since Friday night was the only time I had to get the job done. A phone call/note on the door explaining the store was closing early would've been appreciated.Wrote an email to corporate 10 days ago but haven't heard anything.Never shopping from NAPA again.

Such a hidden gem of a parts store. They have a vast selection and the employees are eager to help but not obnoxious. Wish there was more auto parts stores like this one
