“These guys are great! Everyone else in town couldn’t be depended on, these folks helped me. Go with the local folks that care. This is where I’m taking my business from now on.”

“One of my prescriptions couldn't be filled because it was called in with the wrong dosage for the pack that was prescribed. The pharmacy woman at the counter was very helpful in explaining to me what I had to tell the doctor about what was wrong and resubmitting the prescription. Once it was resubmitted and filled (all in less that 20 min.) she was VERY helpful in explaining the complicated dosage. I couldn't be more pleased with the service at CVS today!”

“Growing up I was often told to be careful of how I treat strangers because I never know when I am entertaining an angel and today - at the Pharmacy was a perfect example with Sally.
I showed up pretty sad about the way my son was treated thé night before by the person who didn’t help him but also assumed he could not pay the $400 out of pocket for his medicine which is covered by his insurance but due to a mix up required thé full amount- the miserable person simply made no effort to help him relieve his discomfort and obvious pain- choosing condescension . Today , I stood in line prepared to go Mama Bear mode - and still pay the $486 dollars as a big “ you disgusting assuming condescending person” ! But I got on the line and chose to smile seeing the person seemed miserable where they stood- then Sally called us to the counter - we went through the motions and pulled up the info - I was preparing to pay and Sally simply choosing to do her job as she said, but with compassion and concern for the person in front of her made the connection needed , located the medicine , asked the pharmacy manager ?( lady with the pixie cut black hair)to further step in and before we knew it we were walking out of there with his medication and a less than $50 co-payment . Sally - stood before us as an angel- saw us as human and made a huge mark in our lives today. We didn’t ask for “help” we were prepared to pay just to show her colleague her ignorance and conduct was indubitably rude, offensive, deflating for an already visibly ailing young man and without the least bit of compassion for him -my son- but Sally turned this experience into what my grandparents warned me about - entertaining/ encountering angels! Sally has my utmost respect and will forever be held in the highest regard. A reminder that it cost nothing to be a good human - she said - she was just doing her job but she definitely did it with CARE! She will be the only reason I ever use this location again and kudos to the pharmacist/pharmacy manager? Who got on the phone while we were still there - connecting with the necessary people by phone to process the prescription that our insurance covers but again we were willing to pay for as a necessity. Kindness and humanity won today at cvs.
I walked out in tears for I had just been entertained by an Angel. May your life be blissfully abundant Sally- if you see this - you deserve every good thing in life! As I was leaving you cried when I thanked you verbally - and I hope that more people cheer on the amazing job you’re doing , but for my son , the 5 stars are for Sally (10 stars for her to share with who she asked to help her help us!) it felt above and beyond but her words were “ just my job” ?”
“Got some good sales, although really misleading ❗Their shopping bags are horrible! Firstly you simply cannot get these cheap plastic bags to separate. They are irritatingly hard to open. Stuck together, and I refuse to lick my fingers to separate them! Well I'm going through the self check out, mind you there's about five or more checkers standing around joking and looking at the clock to see how much closer they were to the store closing. I'm really getting annoyed that I couldn't put my purchased item in the bag, I'm actually scraping my nails down from the top to unstick them, I add another item to the flimsy bag, go to lift it off, it all falls off through the bag, and the handle breaks! Everything falls onto the floor. I really almost lost it at this stage. I took a deep breath as best I could, cause now I'm overheating and that annoying mask isn't helping matters. It really was more so the workers standing there, just looking at me. Not one person made a single attempt to help me pick up my purchases! I'm happy that the jars didn't break, for they are glass. I'm way over it now. I'm just settling into bed and reflecting upon my day...I'm now like oh well stuff happens. But I'll tell ya those paper thin bags gotta go!One more thing them workers would have gotten out of there a whole lot quicker had they of had the common courtesy to help out a regular client's needs for some basic help, which I'm pretty sure fits their job description.... The cashier's are friendlier now it seems then they were... they have really fresh produce so yummy! Just love fruit and veggies!”
