My daughter and I came to Sheetz to kill some time while we were waiting for my grandson. There was one worker behind the counter her name is Judy. She worked her tail off getting everyone's food, she was pleasant and joyful and didn't complain at all. It's obvious sheets is having a hard time hiring enough employees to satisfy all of the customers but Judy does a fantastic job. Sheets should celebrate her maybe by giving her a bonus because she was doing the work of three people. Thank you Judy for making our visit so pleasant.

I used to come here a lot at one point, but stopped due to poor customer service. Don’t get me wrong, some of the employees are very nice but the rest tend to have an attitude towards you even when you are kind to them ( I know how it is working these kinds of jobs and seeing someone being nice can be refreshing). I went yesterday evening, I usually stop inside to order as I always do, but decided to order in the drive thru. Everyone seemed scrambling and I had no idea where or to whom I needed to pay. I was told to go back around which I was okay with, but went inside to pay for it and grab a slushy. This isn’t the first time about this employee being god darn awful, he complained about how “dumb” I was to another employee while I was standing there and waited for them to acknowledge me. He continued complaining how my “bright idea” was to not pay first at the first window, again, I wasn’t sure which window to drive to as they were all scrambling. Another employee noticed me and helped me right away. She seemed concerned and I explained to her that it was me they were talking about. She was kind enough to apologize on his behalf, and told me to have a great evening after helping me. The employee was a guy with blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses. Very unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. I won’t be coming back to this Sheetz again. Wawa is better anyways! Team Wawa!

The lovely woman working the drive thru are always clutch, they never mess up my order, they're always fast with it, and they always say hello to my dogs. I don't think I've been to a better Sheetz,

We used the drive through, NEVER again. 40$ and longest wait as they didn't have food and slips were t read correctly...and attitude was horrible as lady whipped open the window and asked what are you waiting for??, like we wanted to sit in their drive through...they didn't have 1 sandwich and it was ridiculous they were going to refund rather than ask what we wanted...ended up substituting a tuna for deli and even though a price difference we were too upset to argue.

My husband stopped to get gas and it took 20 min waiting just for the person ahead of him to get upset and leave. He finally gets to the pump and it take another 5 min just to get 1 gallon of gas not even. He gave up and left.
Fix your pumps seriously because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst sheetz of all, and I gave it more than one chance.I bought pre made food it had mold.My friend and I ordered food and recieved it cold and when asked to heat it they told us they couldn’t because we already touched it and instead of fixing it fought with my friend and I about it. After about 5 minutes of asking them to fix our order we ended up just leaving and going elsewhere. Even though we paid for hot food.I went through the drive through to grab something quick on my way to work and after about ten minutes left because no one even acknowledged me but walked past the window about 3 times. I would only come here for gas otherwise I’ll pass on the rude customer service and cold moldy food.
