Ismael and Ash were very supportive to address all our new requirements of the new lines for family.they spent quality time it was my first experience in USA with new carrier and found knowledge able and supportive .tried to give us the best plan and work out economics. I’ve been an AT&T customer for 10 days and I’m going back to Verizon. I legitimately spent 8 hours on the phone with att and they continuously messed up my order. I still don’t have all the phones I need to switch over. I spent a whole work day trying to get this right and the company just keeps screwing us over. What a Joke.

The bald dude at the store was so rude and condescending. When my partner and I walked in to just discuss our plan and to see if we could workshop it due to it being expensive, he acted as if we were annoying toddlers that were waisting his time. We just didn’t understand and when we told him what he was telling us was confusing and we don’t understand, instead of explaining, he gave us his entire work pedigree and how it just is what it is. Then dismissed us by telling us we can call corporate if we need more explanation. As someone who is autistic, I sometimes need a bit more help understanding stuff, not to be infantilized by a random pos at an AT&T. I left without another word but I’ve lived a life of constantly being treated lesser because of my disabilities and I’m tired of it. I’m 31 years old, speak to me as such. I gave nothing but respect since I came in and so did my partner because I understand the customer service life can suck. I’m sorry with your extensive pedigree you have to work at an AT&T but that doesn’t give you the right to be this way towards people that just had questions and in no way shape or form were rude to you and were nothing but respectful. I heard how you were speaking to the older person in front of us too who was just asking you about google for their phone. Another person you treated like trash for asking questions. Have the day you deserve.

I would give no stars. The man who set my boyfriend and my phone up when we switched, put my installment plan (i traded my phone in) on my boyfriends phone instead of mine. My boyfriend switched carriers because we dont get service at home with att, and now im completely screwed. They took my trade in, and because the idiot switched the installments to the wrong phone, im being charged full price for the phone (700 more dollars) just to keep my service! I dont have that juts laying around. Thank you att for stealing from me.

I had a difficult problem to resolve. Cody, the Store Manager at the Carlisle store, was assisting me. Not only did he get the problem totally resolved, he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Fantastic person…polite and respectful. A great experience.

Daulton was absolutely amazing. Vast knowledge and experience and even took care of other customers while we were waiting on our phones to download. Two other employees had taken care of numerous customers while we were there. All conversations were polite. Recommend AT&T to anyone and everyone! Awesome Service as usual and knowledgeable as usual. We have been dealing with the AT&T store in Carlisle Pennsylvania for past 20 to 25 years and have always had a great experience. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely amazing! I went in just about a half hour to an hour ago to pay off a phone and shut off the line. I was FULLY expecting to pay about $150 service fee to shut off the line because that's what I had read online. Turns out, I only had to pay off the phone itself. No extra fees! It made my night and the gentleman that helped me was great as well. A bright smile and cracked a few jokes. He made the entire experience just all around wonderful. Thank you AT&T for continuous amazing service!!

I just want to say Dalton, the assistant manager, was an amazing person to work with! Personable, caring, and great customer service. He excelled our expectations for my boyfriend and I switching from Verizon. He was attentive both nights when we were having issues and had to come back the following night. We were able to carry a genuine conversation and just felt like we were friends talking while also working to get things taken care of. He made sure he was doing everything he could for us, transferred over phones correctly, and also made sure my boyfriend had the best case for his phone due to the job environment he works in. I lastly want to thank him for his time staying past store hours both nights when he did not need to in order to try and get us taken care of, which he did. We would love to work with Dalton every time we have to visit the AT&T store in Carlisle on Noble Blvd. Thank you again Dalton!

Ur rep at the Noble Blvd Store in Carlisle, PA, Daniel, was amazing!! I was next to tears when I lost all of my contacts in my new phone!!! Thankfully Daniel persevered and did an amazing recovery of all my contacts!!!! I can’t thank him enough for his patience, knowledge, encouraging words and overall performance!! He deserves recognition and a reward of some type….how bout a nice pay raise!!?????Thank you to Daniel☺️

Very helpful with an AT&T Prepaid account. The store manager, Cody, helped me reset my prepaid account password, which the online help support was not able to do. Very friendly!
