The owner worked quickly to locate a bumper with the brackets needed for my vehicle that are no longer available through retail stores.When I picked up the part the owner took the time to explain what type and size tools would be required for installation, as well as what tools wouldn't work. As a woman, I found it refreshing to be given guidance without question about my knowledge of the parts I need or skill level. “DO NOT!! DO NOT!! I repeat do not go anywhere else with your vehicle! Shawn you are the man!I drove my duramax 2500 180 miles with a full tank of Gasoline!! Yes GASOLINE. I didn’t realize I had done it. I thought my truck had a transmission problem. Since I was pulling a loaded 24ft car hauler. I called Shawn, brought the truck over. I don’t know what he did but he promised me he would get my truck ready and have me back home to TX with my cargo. I am home and I woke up this morning feeling blessed because I met Shawn. Shawn if you read this… thanks man and you are an angel ? brother!!”

Even after I told her to just go home and I would get a motel and change my appointments for unloading. “I honestly don't understand the bad reviews they get here. I've never had a problem with this tire center in the least. I got my new tires from Walmart and I didn't wait at all. They took my car in right away and had it done in about an hour. I was able to shop around while they worked on it and they just gave me a call to come pick it up when it was done. Their prices are fair and their people are honest. When I took it in for the new tires I had two new tire pressure sensors in my front seat because I knew at least one of mine needed replaced. I explained that I already had them to the mechanic and he told me that they might not be synced correctly with my make and model and that if they weren't, he had some that would work. I knew that mine were correct, but I honestly expected him to try to sell me his. But he didn't! He only replaced the one that needed it and left the other new sensor in my front seat. Anyone else could have tried to sell me a different one because I mean I am just a clueless young girl...right?! ;) I took my car back after 7500 to get the tires rotated and again, it got done right away. Even if they're busy appointments come first, so I always call in advance. I've never been scheduled more than a week from my phone call. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are so much better than anywhere else. I'd take my car here for anything tire-related before I took it to my normal garage, and I really love my garage!”

Ian is the main counter person, if there is something I need that they do not usually stock he makes sure to find it and call me back with price and availability. The drivers are all friendly every time I come to their store. I highly recommend this Fisher store over others.”
