However Chris made sure the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Without any hassle. Only downside was I had to rent a car for another week. But the work is great! “I bought a car from the dealership and I am very please with the car but also the process. Eldar was very helpful, professional and kind. I didn't even see the car in person because I live in New York. One of his colleagues drove the car up and was very professional when closing all of the paperwork. Lexie was also very helpful throughout the process.
The only thing is that I needed to have a front plate because I am in NY and I will have to do the holes myself.
Overall it was a pleasure dealing with the team. It makes a difference from dealing with other dealers of brands like BMW or Mercedes.”
