I had an excellent experience at AZ AUTO by Zargar shop. The team demonstrated strong technical knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire visit. They performed a thorough tire inspection, clearly explained the condition of the tires, and provided honest, practical recommendations without any pressure. It is clear they understand their domain very well and take pride in doing the job right. The service was efficient, transparent, and trustworthy. I took my cars the AZ Auto Repair shop for the check up and brakes.Barbaros is amazing guy!!The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly and pricing was very reasonable Highly recommend

I was out of town driving through PA on the turnpike. With my family with me, my alternator failed and I was at the mercy of a random auto shop I picked off Apple Maps. Andrew and his team fixed my minivan in less than 24 hours! Runs ever better than when I dropped it off.
Additionally, someone hit my car while in his lot. He was apologetic and did what he could to make it right. Honest, hard working business. Couldn't recommend more!

Very dishonest salesmen. We had arranged a deal I even attempted to put a down payment down twice but their system wasnt functioning properly they knew I was coming with cash in hand and sold the vehicle out from under me after they promised they were holding it till i got there. Then had the nerve to blame it on his brother. The dealership is as small as a gas station you cant expect me to believe they didnt know what was going on.

We were en route to Maryland when my alternator went out on my Audi. These guys gave me a rental and had me back on the road within an hour and my car was ready for our trip home :) decent prices and he dropped what he had going to take care of us, knowing we were way away from home. So appreciated! Thanks guys!

I purchased a minivan with 100,000 miles on it from Babock about two months ago. I brought a mechanic along to check the vehicle over with me before buying. I wanted to be sure that I was getting a reliable vehicle because I have my children and my handicapped family members that rely on me to have a working and reliable vehicle. When I asked Babock if there were any known issues with the car, he showed me all the cosmetic dents and dings and said that’s it. I test drove it. It drove perfectly. I started the car four different times when we were at the dealership. Absolutely zero issues. I bought the vehicle on a Thursday night. The very next morning I started my vehicle, a check engine light came on with one code showing. Within 48 hours of owning the vehicle, I had FOUR codes on my car and various other issues such as my gas gauge not working and a low oil pressure alert. I of course let AZ Auto know right away.They told me to bring the car in.AZ Auto kept my car for a day and replaced two small parts. I did insist that they pay for it which they did agree to. (Which I do appreciate.) After I picked my car up they made sure to make it clear that they would do no more work to my car. They insisted that the issue was fixed. They had drove my car all around, even stating they drove it to New Jersey and no check engine lights came on. Within 48 hours from picking up my car, my check engine light came on. I have since had to take it to the mechanic’s shop THREE times. I am so tired of putting money I don’t have into this car. My check engine light just came back on and my gas gauge is broken again. AZ Auto may have replaced two parts but that didn’t solve any of issues I was having.I REALLY wanted to like this place. I waited awhile to see how things went with my car because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I understand used cars may not be perfect. But like many people, I work extremely hard for my money and expect to have a better and more honest experience. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, I would unfortunately skip this place.
