Nice shopping experience. My only negative remark is the cost of alcohol. You can go to the NEX in Mechanicsburg and get way better deals but less of a selection. Besides that the PX has most of your needs.

PX had hydrangeas for sale on top of shelves near awning and after week of insufficient sun and watering, all on top were dead or dying. Over a week ago, I asked supervisor if she’d bulk discount or give away if discarding, and left note for management saying same. I heard nothing for a week, at which point I received a call from supervisor saying in broken English that she had set them aside for me to pickup. When I asked on what terms, she reiterated that she had set them aside for me with no mention of cost. I thanked her, and said I would be by the following afternoon to pick them up. The next day, seeing the ailing plants were indeed off to the side, I went inside to confirm with the supervisor that I was there to pick them up as discussed. She acknowledged and I loaded and left, only to receive a call an hour later that they were meant to discounted, not discarded. I asked to speak with manager about the miscommunication and inconvenience, and reloaded and returned them but was floored when she denied ever having acknowledged me an hour before! Farcical!

It's a relatively small AAFES...limited inventory...price is what you'd expect at any AAFES, of course. It must be enough for the small post at Carlisle Barracks.

Rude people, never would go there again unless if certain workers left only a handful of them made it fun to shop. Sad to say that for a military clothing store/shopping outlet you would think they had more class and respect no, they only think about them selfs and not put their clientele or clients first always having a bad attitude just not a family friendly place where I would shop ever.

I love this little PX. Not as big as you will find at a major post. They offer a lot of things and keep the place near, organized, and clean. They have a well-stocked Class VI for their size. The team working there is friendly and they do a great job.
