this place like to play games with your time and money I DO NOT recommend buying here. I had been looking to buy a Nissan Murano. I talked to Michael shearer Saturday afternoon about getting me a purchase agreement. after a couple hour of not getting it I call him to let him know I still had not received it via email. Michael then sent me the first purchase agreement. I printed it off and took it the the bank that Monday. I get to the bank Monday just for the bank to tell me the dealership royally messed up the paperwork (I was trying to buy a used car they sent me paperwork for buying a new car, didn't have the cost of shipping even though Michael specifically ask for my address so he could "calculate cost of shipping" along with other mistakes). I called the dealer ship right back so I can get them to fix the paperwork. I get the second purchase agreement the same day (Monday) and head right back over to the bank. the bank approved the paperwork gave me the check to send to the dealership. I let the dealership know I have the check and will send it out in the via overnight. well it a good thing the post office was closed when I got there and couldn't send it out ,because in the morning (Tuesday), when I called Michael to let him know I was about to send out the check he said " sorry we sold the Murano last night". according to the listed hour you close at 8pm I last talked to Michael around 4:45pm. so in the time span of about 3 hour Michael thought it would be a good and professional move to sell the car (that already had a purchase agreement in progress) to another person. if I could give this place negative stars I would and Michael you should be fired.

Recently I went into Carlisle Cadillac in reference for a car for my son. Unfortunately things didn’t work out the way I had hoped in the end I had to leave a review on the salesman Joe Jacobs. Probably one of the most personable and cheerful people I’ve come across in my life honestly. Seemed like a very genuine person who cared and understood our situation. I would definitely recommend him to help you along the way.

Recently went to Buick with my husband for him to get a new car due to his being totaled. We had received an email from Joe earlier about setting up a test drive for the Audi Q5. As soon as Joe heard we were there he came right over to help us. He was so personable and all around a great guy. I would recommend Buick if you're dealing with him!

While service was prompt and courteous. Carlisle Cadillac needs to improve the waiting room, offer coffee and desks to work. Also, for heaven's sake get the car wash working like other dealerships. At the price we pay for an oil change a complimentary car wash should be part of the deal.

The sales department was amazing. Till i drove off the lot and my check Engine light instantly turned on. They tried to tell me that my check engine light was on due to motor mounts.. Come to find out it was an air filter one week later my check engine light is back on and I’m having misfires. And they refuse to give me a rental car, big enough for my children and now we’re refusing to answer the phone because they won’t provide me with a rental car big enough for my car seats.

I would not recommend carlisle buick gmc for any purchase of a vehicle. I wanted to share my experience so no one has to deal with what i currently am. On 8/7 i put a deposit down on a new yukon XL to be built they had a allocation. I got confirmation it was to enter the assembly line 8/14 they would provide me a vin once it hit the line. 8/25 rolls around my salesmen has yet to get me the vin so i contact him doesnt even know if it went on the line him hauls around nothing. I let a few more days go back contact again and pushed that if i dont have any certainty id like my deposit back as ive done this before i know how the process works. Finally he gets me a vin and it shows that it actually went on the rail 8/25 and joe my salsmen was telling me the 25th that he didnt even think it was built yet. Finally the vehicle arrives 9/9 i go pick it up the salesmen doesnt allow me to test drive it nothing hes more worried about his next sale. I get my papers signed and i leave doesnt go over onstar anything with the vehicle. While driving home i notice a crack on the inside of the window this is a $90k vehicle like hows this happen. I can my salesmen joe he and i quote says” wow that sucks your gonna have to go through service and talk to chris good luck”. No let me help speed this process nothing. This vehicle shouldnt even passed inspection with this crack they couldnt of even looked at it. Now i wonder if the proper PDI was done and everything. Its been a week now and ive still yet to hear back from service on there actions to fix my broken window. I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to stay clear of Carlisle Buick GMC far better dealerships out there that will treat you right.

Marcus was a terrific salesman and person! The deal was made quickly and smoothly. Marcus was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. The vehicle was sent to the shop to be checked then onto detailing. It was a very pleasant experience. We didn’t stay while it was being detailed, so the next day Marcus was off and Tyler took over. He was very professional and he went over everything again with us. Everyone was professional and personal. We have no negative statements.

I was highly disappointed with my overall experience. I reached out to this dealership in reference to a transit van, as we operate a business for individuals with intellectual disabilities, we completed the credit application was approved, and scheduled an appointment to pick up the van. In less than 24 hours later, we were told that the van was sold, and that they had another van however that van had existing damages, the van was also higher in cost. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership where our credit had to be ran again for the new numbers, the approving bank denied the new loan and we had to put additional funds down. We were unable to leave with the van as the van needed to be repaired. They did arrange to drop the vehicle off to us in which we received the van today after driving it for only 30 minutes , the check engine light came on. We took it to AutoZone in which the coding for the reason behind the light was provided. We are grateful that we purchased the extended warranty but now we have to take the van to Ford to have the issue checked out overall this was not a great experience and I am highly disappointed.

One of the worst place which I have ever bought a car. Last November, I bought a 2017Hyundai Sonata, 60k mileage. I paid most of the price and wanted to finance $6000. The finance manger told me that Banks will not finance $6000, so I will add $2000 protection and you can cancel protection anytime.After 2 days I checked the engine oil, it was very low. I took it back to dealership, they filled the engine oil and told me to bring in two weeks. So, they didn’t help me with the car and finally my car burned from the engine.Afterwards, I asked for my protection which before they told that I can cancel anytime, but they didn’t reimburse my protection.

May 1st we purchased a 2022 Buick Enclave and after several weeks I discovered a problem with a part that I believe should have been identified and corrected during the CPO inspection.On June 19th, I called my sales rep and explained what I found and after some discussion he asked me to send photos of what I found and that he would check with service and then get back with me. The photos were submitted. Three days later after no response I called again and left a message and still no response.June 27th I called and asked to speak to a member of the management team and I was directed to service instead. Again I explained my situation and was told by that person they would try to find out more information and reply to me. Still no response.This has now been 3 weeks and I would like to resolve this issue. I don't know what has happened that I have not been able to get a response to my concern. I simply want to get my car fixed. My home phone number would be on the sales agreement.Thank you for your timely response. As stated earlier I have tried to contact the appropriate person to seek resolution of my concern. The issue is after multiple attempts I have not been able to get anyone to return my call. Please have the person I need to speak with call me at my home phone.
