Recently re-branded as a Best Western. We were welcomed by friendly staff, room was clean, they are Pet Friendly (for a fee). Only disappointment was at breakfast (6-9), at 7:00, they had run out of eggs, sausage/bacon and waffle batter. When we asked for waffle batter, the employee at the reception seemed at a loss, but eventually found it for us. All in all, a good experience.Noteworthy details: Some of the rooms are currently being renovated and updated.

What can I say about the people that run the Carlisle Hotel? Outstanding,considerate.go above an beyond. In the time I was there they took excellent care of me and everything about the place was just damn near perfect the rooms were up to date super clean breakfast was ready every morning for the free breakfast that comes with the room and the people couldn't have been nicer from the maintenance man to the housekeeping do a great job. Will be franchise Best Western soon!!!!Nearby activities: 5mins or less to WHATEVER you may need. Great place to stay in CarlisleNoteworthy details: McDonald's 2 min walk. 7/11 is 3 mins

Newly renovated (almost). Fresh new rooms, public spaces and exterior. Hot breakfast on weekends with eggs, sausage and individually made waffles. Clean. Decent wifi.Rooms: Newly renovated. Firm bed. Good shower. Desk & chair. Comfortable easy chair. Convenient plugs with USB outlets.Walkability: Not far from a diner, a restaurant and a McDonald's. About 2 miles to center of town.

The hotel is recently remodeled, in great shape, and very clean. For the cheap price, quality of rooms, and security I would extremely recommend this to anyone passing through. I am moving across the country currently and they keep a close eye on the cameras here so I can sleep well knowing my trailer is being watched by the staff.

My husband and about 45 others took a trip to Martha Vineyard 9/10/23 from Cincinnati, OH. We stayed overnight at Best Western. Our stay was very , very good! Rooms were very nice, bed soooo comfortable, big fluffy pillows. Plenty of room. Big screen TV ( very clear and crisp ) hotel was one of the quietest ever. Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend it!!!!Rooms: Bed very comfortable, fluffy pillows, room was clean, Big screen TV which had a very clear picture.Safety: They had elevators.Walkability: Only 2 floor r which made it good for people with walkers and scootersFood & drinks: Breakfast was included with many choices eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal hot and cold , bagels muffins, coffee, oatmeal, toastand several juices.

The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. I didn't need any service. The breakfast wasn't all that great. Sausage and eggs were horrible. The rest of the breakfast was good.

Loved the classic car theme in the hotel!! It was just remodeled. Loved the comfortable beds! We got 2 rooms that connected and were close to a door to bring all of our things in. The breakfast was good too! The attendant made more ham & eggs for us. It's from 6-9 and we were there at 8:00. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! This is where we will stay again!Rooms: We had one room missing socket covers, clothes rack was missing in one of them. It's probably due to remodeling finishing touches. There was a full-length mirror. The desk & fridge console seemed too big for space in the room. There was a mini refrigerator & microwave. The hairdryer was in a bag by the sink. They had an ironing board & iron. Pretty carpeting with turquoise and grey colors. Clean room. The shower was good.Safety: The door to our room had a lock plate missing from the door jam- due to remodel. We felt safe and had no worries.

I drove 25 minutes after a long day. I paid for the booking for 3 days through hotels tonight, when I got here the general manager said they are not going to honor the rate. So no I need to figure out a new hotel and how to get my money back. The general manager, Mark Thompson saw the booking, saw its paid for and just refused to let me check in. This is a first. He was very dirty looking, shirt looked like it was slept in and doesn't own a toothbrush, so judging by the other reviews maybe it's best. Ps, I was at a Best Western just last weekend. Normally a decent place to stay.

We stopped here on our way northbound for the night and for the most part it was a pleasant stay. We encountered a few issues with the room as far as cleanliness goes. The breakfast was very good and the location and price were adequate for the room. They don't seem to have much as far as vending machines ,just a gift shop. I was kind of taken back when I checked in and asked if I wanted to pay by a cash transaction for a discounted rate off the books, kinda wired but with no issues. The hotel is classic car themed wish is nice. I would stay again.

The bed was great, lots of pillows & good TV! The breakfast selections were good. The room was a bit smaller than expected. I found a hair on the side of the bathtub that wasn't ours. The lighting in the vanity area was really poor. We were a little disappointed.

By far the worst experience. The room flooded and my wife's clothes got all wet. When asked to change rooms the GM Marc seemed annoyed at the fact that he actually needed to do something. He needs to be trained in customer service and needs to know what customer satisfaction means. The crazy part is that they have a sign that states customer satisfaction is their first priority and they have a GM who clearly has no clue what that means. The owner needs to evaluate his employees more because he lost me as a customer.

Not my first choice of location. The hotel is right next to the freeway and you can easily hear all of the traffic in the room. Went there for a day use room to take a break from driving for several hours and the noise in the rooms even with the fan unit on made it difficult to get any rest.The rooms are also a bit dated, not quite up to the standard I am used to with the brand.The person at the counter was friendly and helpful and got us taken care of right away but overall I would not go again.

We stayed here in the past before it was renovated, and it was decent then.This time it was extra clean and updated. It smelled good and everything functioned the way its supposed to. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.The breakfast had plenty to choose from and was amply stocked.
