“Went in on Feb 12 to open a new checking and savings personal account. Made an appointment online for 9AM EST. Door was already opened 5 minutes before, when I arrived. I was greeted by staff, and was took back to a room with the branch manager. Very simple and easy process, only took around 15 minutes. She was very kind, and made sure I understood everything. My family has banked with M&T Bank for over 10 years, i'm very happy with this bank, and this branch. The staff is very kind, and you can get things done efficiently. Thank you to the staff at this branch, & thank you M&T Bank!”

“This is a 2-part review. Due to WF bank inner workings & despite our best efforts we were forced to drive from Pittsburgh to Carlisle to conduct bank business. Major pain in the butt….however, we made an appointment to speak with a banker (his name escapes me) who could not have been more helpful or professional. He took his time triple checking to make certain we would not need to make a return trip to conclude our business with Wells Fargo.”

“I believe this bank is under new management. Rose greeted every customer, including me. She was very attentive and on the ball, making sure every customer was taken care of. She was able to accommodate every customer even during a huge rush they got, when I was there. So the reason I was there was to see Eric for a closing on a loan. Eric was knowledgeable, easygoing and able to explain how the whole process worked. He was also very patient with me. Him and Destine, who notarized the closing on the loan, answered any questions I had. The best part is they treated me like a human being and not a resource. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when dealing with a loan.”
