Place is run by a bunch of incompetents.They are trying to sell a 2021 orange Mustang Convertible as a new car with 6000 miles for $11,000 over book value.After pointing out overspray on the rear bumper did they disclose that the owner crashed the car.Extremely dishonest people.

Family Ford is not a good company for repairs. To whom it may concern, find yourself a good independent mechanic. I found a good independent mechanic via a house neighboor. I am very happy now.

My wife and I ended up with a blown water pump on the turnpike. Ended up here after the tow. They had the part delivered and installed in about 4 hours.I am extremely impressed and dream of service that efficient and kind at other dealerships I've been too.

I’ve never had a better experience purchasing a new vehicle. There was not a friendly staff member, who I didn’t encounter while making my purchase. Everyone was amazing: the salesman(Dirk), the staff, the management, and the finance dept.(Terry). Thank you all for the wonderful buying experience!

Mike and the service department handled a breakdown that my son had with "Big Red," (our 1999 F150) on his way from Vermont back to Virginia. I felt very comfortable in discussing the repair and our request to store the truck until we could get up to Pennsylvania to retrieve it. The cost of the repair was frankly less than I expected and the truck made it back home!

I bought a used Ford Escape in June 2021. The 2020 vehicle was a hybrid which is what I wanted. The sales person carefully hid that the car had some damage from a rear end collision with I don't know what. Of course, they didn't mention that when I purchased it. I discovered the damage and went back to them; they said, the vehicle was used. End of discussion. In the meantime, I have had troubles with it not starting. They had the vehicle in their shop 2 times. Said they had fixed the problem. No so. I took it to another Ford dealership to discover the car battery had a cell completely dead. Not covered by the warrenty. Now today, I am getting the vehicle state inspected to find out the rear shocks are leaking. The car has 27,000 miles and of course, the shocks are not covered by warrenty. All I can say is, to be very careful when dealing with Family. I will not recommend them and will not buy a future vehicle from them. Enough said!!!

Wonderful people to deal with, and a great small dealership to support. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their service department. They always get my vehicle in and out quickly, and I have always found the pricing to be fair, and even lower than my expectations. I really enjoy the feel of their store, it doesn’t feel overly commercialized like big franchise ford locations. I would much rather support a small dealer like this who time and time again shows that they value you as a customer.

I had a Ford 250 PU truck that was stalling intermittently. Family Ford was unable to correctly diagnose the problem after three service calls and over $1000.00 in charges. Truck is still broke.

My experience with Family Ford has been nothing but exceptional. Kenny helped me throughout the process and communication was spot on.Family Ford is honest and straightforward. You will not get any dealership games here, extra fees, dealer add-ons, gimmick pricing or bait and switch. How do I know this? I live in Oklahoma and flew to PA to pick up my vehicle and the experience was nothing but pleasant. Kenny knew I had a long drive ahead, so he got all the paperwork ready and vehicle ready to go.Even though I live in Oklahoma, when I am in market for my next Ford vehicle I will be giving Family Ford a call first.Thank you Kenny and everyone at Family Ford! I see that the owner has responded to my review of "They failed my car for my exhaust being too loud. Other Ford dealerships gave me no issues." I'm not sure why Family Ford has no history of the repair. Somehow you knew about the 08 Mustang, that had to have been entered into your records somehow, and I can't image it is because there is a global Ford database you pulled this from as I have 3 other Fords I own. The 08 Mustang is the only car I have brought to Family Ford and haven't been back because of what happened. I was able to find the service documentation (attached) and it reminded me that it also failed due to the windshield needed to be repaired or replaced. This reminded me I drove to Safelite to have the crack filled, Safelite told me it did not need to be filled because of how minor this was and they were unsure of why it failed. Yes, my review is from a few years ago, however as you can see I'm an avid reviewer on Google so I have a suspicion my original review was removed somehow and now I'm just adding it back for the record.
