Ken at Fine Line is a true professional that has not forgotten what customer service is supposed to look and feel like. Starting with the estimate, through ample communication & updates, and all the way to the handoff when completed, top notch and a class act. The entire Team at Fine Line is outstanding as well, evident by a high attention to detail, tight body lines, flawless paint, and probably a hundred little things I won’t even pick up on. Simply put, I will not go anywhere else.

Stopped in to see if they could reattach the splash guard under my front spoiler. They were able to take it back right then and there and reattach and secure the guard and spoiler. About 20 min of their time and then proceeded to not charge me! Everyone was super friendly. The guy at the desk chatted with me while I waited and was very professional when taking calls. This encounter has created a new future customer for them.

Very efficient shop with great staff. I just got my car repaired after a minor fender bender and the whole process was smooth and painless for me. I waited a few months to get in but it was worth it as I tend to get anxiety thinking of entering an autobody shop. I'm glad my regular shop recommended them as they are nice from start to finish. I got updates on my car as it was in the shop and I can tell they try to do what is best for the client. The checkout process was smooth and I was on my way home with a car that was 100% better looking than when I dropped it off.

Jake and his team at Fine Line are amazing. The quality of work, the care and concern that goes into that work is the very best. They use Factory OEM parts that fit correctly whenever possible. And even when it will be some time to get you scheduled in for the full repair, they do their best to get you back on the road safely in the mean time. Which is well beyond anything I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about Jake and the team at Fine Line.

If I could leave a million stars I would!! I had a bit of a run in with a pole several months ago. Thankfully, my car was drive-able but the back right door was caved in and there was damage on my bumper. They got me in almost immediately for the structural damage so my car would be safe to drive and when they finally got to the body work it was well worth the wait!! Now I know why they were so booked up fine line is THE place to go! my car looks like new, they even cleaned it inside and out and it’s beautiful. i feel so grateful to these folks for taking care of my car from the customer service to the work itself these people know what they’re doing. thank you to everyone at fine line!!

The guys at the shop were really pleasant to work with, and they made the front of my car look brand new after a run in with a very fat raccoon. They even shined her up inside and out before I picked her up. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with my whole experience!Services: Painting

I came to them to fix my driver door after the first place messed it up and they did it for me for free cause my car insurance company called them and told them I needed the help eveyone so friendly I don't no why my car insurance didn't tell me to go to them in the first place they had me go to Auto body by Locus and let me tell u don't ever ever take your car there they really messed my car up bad and let's not get into the damage they did to my car while they had my car next time I'm telling my car insurance company i want to go to fine line they no what they doing and saying I'm so thankful for the help fine line did for me thanks guy
