My daughter scheduled an appointment thru the Firestone webpage for tires. When she arrived a "man" that worked there did not want to honor her appointment, was extremely rude to her, quoted an outrageous price for the tires, and told her it would take 2 to 3 hours. She works at Carlisle hospital and could not wait there for hours. I'm sure being rude and obnoxious enough to upset a young lady to tears made his day.

I have used Firestone for many years in Florida and North Carolina without any problems. My girlfriend has used this Firestone and I as well. On Saturday, my girlfriend's daughter took her vehicle there for an inspection. They said she needed rear shocks and gave her a quote but could not do the work until Monday. On Sunday I checked the shocks and found nothing wrong with them. I went back this morning to see why they said she needed shocks and show me. They would not. Said the tires were cupped but could not show me what they meant by that and that it bounced while test driving. This car does not bounce or sway at all. They then said I would need to take the car somewhere else to finish the inspection, and they didn't care. They lost 2 lifetime customers I will not go back to any Firestones again.

Firestone in Carlisle is friendly, helpful and professional. Car had to be towed there unexpectedly and they were able to take care of us right away.

Don't be in a hurry for your vehicle if you take it here. They made a mistake getting the wrong part/ordering the wrong part had to rescheduled. So you would think they would go out of their way to make it a priority.....dropped off the vehicle to wait for it, knowing I was in a hurry and more than an hour after being dropped off it still has not been pulled into the shop. Very expensive.

Way over priced… they want x6 the price for parts. Don’t go there for brakes because they will tell you what you need but not give you the correct measurements for them because it’s not, “part of the service,” but they would measure them if they were ordering them… totally useless to a customer if we can’t order parts. Won’t go here again, worst customer service.

Came in a few weeks ago to get new rims on my vehicle after i was suggested firestone by my mechanic. Overall the staff were incredibly rude and it seemed like there whole attitude towards working there was in the gutter. Turns out as soon as i drive off there’s shaking in my car and rattling. TURNS OUT they didn’t mount and balance the wheel properly and lugnuts were loose. ontop of all of that there was white grease all over my tires and my brand new rims. Wouldn’t recommend this firestone at all!

This is a terrible place to go for repair. The customer service is very poor. They broke my headlight access cover door and when i later found out,they told that the piece was never there.

My tire would not keep pressure over the Christmas holiday. Called first thing Tuesday morning. Got me in at noon fixed the tire and I can go to work.

Made my appointment through tire rack to get four new tires put on. Firestone originally tried to charge me more than double what I was quoted to install the tires on tire rack but then once they realized I got them through tire rack they lowered the price.Took about an hour to get him installed not too bad however they didn't clean off the tire grease they used to put the tires on which looks really bad and it's kind of disappointing because I'm disabled and unable to really reach the tires to clean it off myself. Which meant that I had to get a car wash just to complete what they should have been able to do there pretty easily.

I just spent over $1000.00 on tires and I have a tire not holding air and called to see if they can get it in tomorrow and they kept trying to make the appointment for a few days later this is my means of transportation never again.
