GIANT is a modern grocery store with a strong presence across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Known for its friendly and helpful staff, the store offers a good selection of essentials and keeps items consistently in stock. Customers appreciate the convenience of shopping at smaller locations, which allow for quick trips and easier access to needed items. While the store has a smaller selection compared to larger supermarkets, this is seen as a positive by many, making shopping quicker and less overwhelming. The staff are often eager to assist, with some going above and beyond, such as personally guiding customers to products. The store also offers online order pickup and digital coupons, which help customers save money. Prices are reasonable, and customers can earn bonus points for discounts on gas and groceries, making it a budget-friendly option. Some reviews mention that the deli staff could improve in slicing meat thinner, and the value packs may not suit smaller families. Overall, GIANT provides a friendly shopping experience with good stock, fair prices, and convenient services, making it a popular choice for many neighbors.
