called for sick 3 month puppy to get them to see him but to busy maybe in 4-6 weeks and receptionist seemed upset that I almost begged to get appointment or talk to doctor for advise. Don't waste your time if you need help for your pets.

Let me first say we have been going to Holly Pike Animal Hospital for years. Even recommended them to my relatives and friends. Well, Wednesday morning our golden doodle had a seizure at home. We call right away asking if we could bring her in for an exam. They said they were too busy and didn't have time to see her. I was so disappointed. I will never recommend them to anyone in the future. We called our old vet and they said bring her in a half hour later. There is no excuse to be turned away. Certainly, they could have adjusted their schedule and saw our dog.

Bad day made worse by highly desensitized, unprofessional staff. We made the impossible decision and took our beloved 15-year-old dog to this clinic for euthanasia. Cancer had taken over. While we were holding him in his last moments and saying goodbye, the vet tech asked how we wanted to pay for the service. If they had simply checked with the front receptionist, they would have known that it was already paid for the minute we stepped inside the building. We were not walk-ins. We were established customers with a scheduled appointment. After installing the catheter, the vet tech asked if we needed more time or if they should get the vet right away. We said we'd like to see the vet. Our sick dog was very clearly anxious and upset. It then took about 10 more minutes for the vet to come into the room, adding much more undue stress for our dog. The vet lacked empathy and was incredibly cold hearted throughout the entire process. There are moments in life that you don't get to redo. This was one of them. I will continue to make sure that family and friends don't go through the same traumatic experience with their animals. Take your beloved animals elsewhere.

Everyone here from the time of walking through the doors to the Vets are incredibly welcoming and friendly! They were able to get my first time patient cat in as an emergency quickly and without breaking the savings account!

Holly Pike is amazing! Our beagle was attacked by a mastiff while out for a walk and being new to the area, we had not established veterinary care for our pets yet. In a panic, we found the nearest vet that was still open in the evening and called. They told us to come on in. Luckily, our beagle wasn't injured terribly and got a positive report from the vet. They gave him some meds to help with discomfort and we were on our way home in no time. The staff were all so super friendly and the facility was exceptionally clean and nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you, Holly Pike Animal Hospital for coming to the rescue!

This Animal Hospital is an honest place. They let you know what medical bills will be, before doing procedures. They are so compassionate.

We had a kitten turn up at our house that was in really bad shape. Mama cat was nowhere to be found and it was clear she hadn't eaten for a few days so we adopted her. We have never had animals in the past and when we needed an urgent vet visit, they were the only vet in the area willing to squeeze us in and help our new little kitty. We have now been back to their office a few times for routine kitten care, and are very happy with this office. They are very friendly and willing to answer any questions that we may have. If you are looking for a vet, I highly recommend them!

Just started taking my pitbull Mopar there a couple weeks ago and the staff is awesome. They just loved Mopar up and everyone is so friendly. We will absolutely be staying here for his care.
