Employees are helpful but tend to only know their "area" and if you need help in a department and the Employee that work in or knows that department isn't working you are out of luck.

Paid them around $2500 for a water heater. It was ordered early morning but they couldn't do same or next day, as they advertise. When the installers came, they added a few hundred to the price for things they stated would bring it up to code. I don't know the code, so, whatever, sure. I had to twist their arm to get my veteran discount. Install goes ok. Next day, a T fitting maybe four feet back from the heater, on the line that goes to the heater, which they cut and moved, is leaking. The installers refuse to take any responsibility, saying they 'didn't touch it'. The dispatch service Home Depot uses is absolutely useless, promises calls back and doesn't even do that, let alone send anyone else out. At one point a 'manager' was going to call me, it never happened. I had to have the guy on the phone repeat himself when he stated that the installers did in fact cut and move this very same pipe, which hadn't leaked before, and now it did, but it wasn't their responsibility because they didn't touch THAT part of the pipe. I fixed it, I am able bodied and decently capable, but what if I was retired, disabled, anything where I couldn't get up there and fix it? Then I paid $2500 to just have something leaking in my basement? The disgraceful part is, ya know, own your work. Be an adult and own your work. You don't own your work, hopefully someone reads this review and chooses to shop elsewhere.

Not going to lie i was skeptical about accommodations before making my decision to stay but i had wonderful experience and great nights sleep in the sheds they have around the side, the room stayed insulated and dry throughout the rain until the morning, 3 bars of wifi all night, and the employees didn't even wake me up in the morning.5 stars home depot keep it up

I used to be a Lowe's only guy, but I own Ryobi, and Orange Box is my new toy store. That's what my kids call it, Daddy's toy store. They have a wide selection of everything that is do it yourself. Unlike other stores, I never experienced pushy salespeople here. The employees are willing to help if you need it. They will also go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for, even if it's not available from them. They do kids building activities on Saturday mornings, which is great! It helps to build the skills needed to do minor repairs, and it's just plain fun.

Was a pretty big fan of this Home Depot until now. My wife just got home, after asking for paint sticks and whoever was at the paint desk shouted “since you asked so nicely” at her until she left the store. I dunno what went into that, but I won’t be going back.

We were from out of town and needed a few miscellaneous items. All of the employees were friendly and greeted us. Sarah was a blessing, and was extremely helpful. It was the best HD experience we've ever experienced.
