I went to get my car detailed (full interior). On the website it says it’s $190 for the service. I get the car back and receive the invoice for $290. I didn’t realize the price increase until after I got back home and double-checked the website. The owner told me he forgot to tell me that he added a $100 “disaster fee” for sand (there was no sand in my car????) and pet hair (fair enough). However, it’s the fact that he did not tell me before starting services or even when I picked it up. Not only that, but there are still major stains in my car. He said he went over the seats multiple times, but it literally looks like nothing was done. For $300 I would expect a much better job. While it looks better for sure, I could do the same quality of work myself. What should have happened was that he saw the condition of my car, called me to tell me it would be extra, and ask if I wanted to proceed with the service. I would have said no, and would still have that $300 in my account. Mistakes happen, yes, but they were handled very unprofessionally, especially considering that “forgetting” to tell me cost me an extra $100.

Took my Ram1500 to be cleaned after sitting under trees at the campground, trust me when I say it wasn’t horrible but had the set under a pine tree and had set in dust and pollen on it. I specifically showed the intake guy my concerns and he was like oh yeah, we’ll get all that. For $320, I got my truck back with film still on the wipers, between the bed and cab and my tonneau cover doesn’t look like it was touched. I still had sap drippings on my windows, windshield and hood, and the bed of the truck. Mind you, these sap drippings come off easily in the Sheetz car wash, it’s not the hard globs of sap, with contact washing, they would have easily been removed. What they did right: my tires looked good, fender flares were made a beautiful black again, and the inside was vacuumed and back floorboard shampooed, but being impressed can’t be completely ruled upon, as it was only dusty and fairly clean. I just feel for that kind of money, a little more attention to detail on the outside would should have performed. If basic detail didn’t even get it clean, I would hate to pay for anything more.

These guys are the best! Don’t trust anyone to detail my cars especially my Skyline but these guys took it and made it show ready hands down couldn’t be happier!

Got my hinges powder coated took 2 days to get them back and on the car they look really good and so smooth got the gloss black done better looking then stock and they came out amazing thanks to Jeffrey!! Highly recommended!
