Al from Jerrys towing came to transport my truck. We had just put a new transmission in it so it needed programmed. Al showed up probably a half hour after ordering the tow was called in. Very fast, courteous, and very professional. He had my truck up and ready to tow within 15 minutes. I strongly suggest using them for all your towing needs. Thank you Al!

My car broke down in a tricky spot and my mechanic's shop is down a somewhat tight side road. Dalton showed up in short order and towed my car like a surgeon. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Went out with friends and locked my keys in the car. They kept me updated so I could still enjoy my night. Jesse called to give me an eta and was super nice and quick. Definitely recommend.

I have often bought propane and straw at this establishment and was happy. This week I needed towing twice, and was concerned how it was going to happen. April handled every arrangement, the drivers were top notch, price very fair , plus a gorgeous dog to entertain me while I waited! Five stars all day.

My van left me stranded along 81. I called Jerry's towing the lady on the phone was very nice and understanding. She took my information and had a driver out in a short period of time. Jesse showed up and was very attentive and understanding. This young man is an asset to Jerry towing . Thanks again Jesse .

The young man that came to tow my car on the side of the highway was absolutely incredible! He communicated with me his arrival time, explained what he was doing to my vehicle, ensured mine and his own safety while on the side of the interstate, and offered great conversation on the ride to the mechanic. Having your car break down is an incredibly stressful situation, and being on the side of an interstate with cars and trucks whizzing past at 70+ mph makes it all the more stressful. Pleasant people like him make a terrible situation more bearable.

Been waiting to drive my own car for 3 weeks. my girlfriend has my car cause this place told her she could get her car towed and alternator installed for free. This hasn’t happened at all yet.

I have been attending the Carlisle events for the past 50 years. I found Jerry's towing a few years ago, could not be any happier with this business. They are always so spot on and NEVER fumble the ball. If I ever need anything towing related in the Carlisle and surrounding area, there is only one call I make, that is to Jerry's. I loved this business. The dispatch Lady is the ABSOLUTELY hands down the BEST. If I could 10 stars I would.
