I hadn’t ever been here before but went yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Based on the reviews I expected an average strip mall nail salon experience but for the first time I did not feel like I was inconveniencing the staff with my business. They were extremely pleasant and communicative. My tech was thorough and kind. There was a bit of a wait (30 minutes) which they apologized for several times, but it was busy, they were all actively diligently working, so I didn’t think anything of it.

We decided to try this place out and were pleasantly surprised! They got us right in on a walk in took their time and did a great job! From now on, this seems to be our go Two place! Highly recommended!!

I took both of my kids there and both of their nails were messed up. They were very rushed and sloppy. Was not worth $120

I would not return nor do I recommend it, they have no experience, unfortunately it is a blatant theft for what they charge. They practiced on my daughter's and mine's hands. The treatment is without education.
Stylist: The lady and gentleman were in charge of manicure.

Staff was very nice, facility is clean, but charged me $60 for acrylics I was not happy with. I asked the guy to refix them and he left bumps over my nails, left them THICK! When they grew out, I couldn’t even get them filled because of how thick they were. Would not come back.

Kim's Nails is a great place. Lee has done my pedicures for over a year, and I love the result. This time, I'd had recent hip surgery, and he was extra kind and helpful.

I never leave reviews but I hope this helps someone else. I left before the pedicure was over due to the service quality and cleanliness. The instruments were not sterilized and brushes were dirty. Cuticles weren't trimmed and nails weren't shaped. It was more of just washing my feet than a pedicure.

I don’t know how the women are but I had the man he got rude and mad when I tried to having him correct my nail as you can see he totally messed up my nails they’re bumpy paid 60 some dollars for the nails and then he put like three or 45 coats of nail polish on my nails will definitely never come here againServices: Nail polish changes

Called Kim's Nails after H-3 Nails scheduled my appointment for a day they are closed. They got me right in. All the ladies are very friendly. Mae' was awesome. Such a sweet lady. Definitely will be back!!
