Pulled up to Love’s to get my tire checked and maybe patched or aired up. The guy was just sitting there playing on his phone and told me, “go to the pump.” What’s the point of having a tire service here then? They don’t help, they just sit around. Total joke.

Employees having a conversation using curse words every other word. As my two children standing beside me.
I watched a employee pick up hotdogs put them on the roller dropped one just to pick it up and put it back on the roller.
This place is insane I would go further down the road.

Terrible quality of diesel. Filters in reefer are clogged after fueling here. Check engine is on in relatively new equipment. Turbine struggling to pull up the hill in Scranton. Too much biodiesel content as at every love's.

Do not stop at this truck stop the showers are so nasty they have mold all over the ceiling in the shower people can get sick and you can sue them for that they do not clean the showers the petro either they really need to be remodeled the showers down South for way cleaner then they are up there somebody from love's headquarters needs to be contacted ASAP

I'm pretty sure they're on the semi-annual pickup trash schedule. Pretty grubby. I have truck stops that I plan around going to and I have truck stops that I plan on not going to. Fortunately I have a terminal close by and I only needed to run over a scale.

This definitely shouldn't be 5 stars the Wendy's was great the staff was friendly also the staff in the loves was as well but the men's restroom was i swear a negative 5 stars every stall had trash around the toilets the toilets themselves were disgusting full of urine and feece except 1 that I choose to use but id love to shout out Shimp who came in and did his best to clean up the restroom he voiced that guy's need to hold themselves accountable which I'm glad he was saying it cuz it was that bad but I talked to him personally and after talking to him and understanding that he has to clean the restroom multiple times within a short amount of time and still do other jobs I totally understand his frustration and glad that he talked to me man to man and stayed chill he took what I said and advice that maybe the loves would let him implement Shimp is cool as a fan and very respectful and takes his job serious keep up ur hard awesome work Shimp the restroom looked night and day different from when I went in and came out

People at location were nice. Pumps a mess. Also Love’s put a $175 credit hold on my credit card for $36 worth of gas. Will never stop there again!!!!
