I ordered a exterior slab door 32x80 on aug 17 2024. Was told be done 3 wks. 2 wks after i ordered a kid called said he was making the door wanted to go over the measurments. I gave for highth width hinges and knob so everything match the old door and all i would need to do is swap doors. Oct 18 i get call my door is ready. 2 months after i ordered my door. 3 wks turnd in to 2 months and kid was working on it 2 wks after i ordered it i get door home hinges are not cut out to where i needed them to be door is over an inch short in length 1/2 inch off on width. Called a wk ago was told some one would call me back no one never did.
170.00 wasted on a custom door i cant use. Customer service is awful. Tell 3 wks and takes 2 months tell call customer back and never do. I ll never deal with this company again. If it wouldnt cost id take to court but that cost more then door. Id just throw door away n eat the loss n never deal with this place. This is 2nd time i got screwed over by this place

I bought a sink and vanity in here for 800 last week come in today and I'm told it is sold separately after I already paid 800 for it all I was lied to and they tried get more money out of me and I paid cash when I asked for my money back I was. Given An attitude about it I asked if I could get my cash back since I paid cash cause I need to get a sing and stuff today for my bathroom I was told best they could do was give me a check .then the manager back a another customer up on threatening to kick my ass when I never threatened any one just asked for my money back very bad customer service been coming here for years until today will not return and before you go just remember they will try to rob you

They have a ton of options for doors, vanities, kitchens, and counter tops. Now I need to determine which vanity I want!!!

Not friendly, rude- walked in about 5 minutes before closing, the representative being the counter was abrupt, seemed put out that we walked in late and just said we’re closing. Nothing friendly or suggested coming back at a later time. I will not go back.

Definitely loved this place. We picked up a fiberglass pre-hung full-lite mini-blind door in a synthetic frame. It felt like we stole it.
