Be cautious of this credit union, especially the Carlisle Crossings , and the High street branches have fully trained staff?. I had gone to both, spoke perfect English and was told they understood what I was referring to “ they were both locals by the way” only to come up short. High Street fixed the mistake but the time and inconvenience was awful. Carlisle Crossings I lost almost $80.00. I was told to do something and I would have 1 yr no interest if I passed & 60.00 up front. Well 1st month rolls through, and interest charges, so back to the CU only to find that there was nothing they were going to do. What a sad day as I have other acts and always seemed to like the way they handled themselves. I believe it maybe the younger folk?, inexperienced?. Very sad times so be careful please and check, maybe dbl check everything from there.

I have just been informed that my loyalty status with Members 1st has decreased because the amount of money I owe them has decreased, ie…I am making regular payments on loans as expected. Seems like they don’t care about “loyalty” as much as they claim.

never bank here after being a loyal customer for over 12 years i missed one credit card payment because i have covid and they sent a $20.00 missed payment at 30 days to the collections and my credit report. for the love of god mind any other bank in the world. doesn't even deserve one star. all my accounts will immediately be closed with this bank and encourage everyone else to do the same

It won't be long till I will close my accounts. I will not be treated like I was from Members first in Carlisle, Pa. I was going to transfer all my money from the TSP account soon, but that will go to Orrstown Bank. They don't give you a hard time when you want changes. If I can't even get $2500.00 from this bank without being ask what I am going to do with my change, what do you thing if I want to take $150.000 out of the bank. I supported this bank for 40 years and purchase homes and cars from them. No more. It over.

Excellent banking service, programs, and CD rates. Hands down better banking compared to Adams County National Bank that nickels and dimes its customers for everything. Free checks, bottled water, and investment services, Members 1st FCU has it all with no extra charges or fees like most local banks. We made the switch about 5 years ago with no regrets and many more service locations.
