For my cat about four months ago, I was told I couldn’t make an appointment because it had been so long since I took her due to the Covid pandemic and all the precautions. My cats an indoor cat and was healthy.
I finally find another vets office, they call this place to get my cat’s records. I get called today twice in a row while I’m at work no voicemail left. I’m thinking it’s an emergency so I answer. It’s this veterinary clinic. Asking me if I want to keep my account open with them. When I explained what happened I was told it depends on who you speak to. I told her to just close my account.
This place needs to get their stuff together. The doctor there, the veterinarian is great. The rest of the staff, I don’t know, they need to get it together or they’re going to run it right into the ground.

Had an appointment for my cat and then get told on the way in they won't take him since it's been so long. Why wouldn't they just say that instead of making the appointment. Then suggested I go 34 miles away. Vets became a joke to society

We recently had to put down our sweet baby and I cannot put into words how amazing the staff at Northside were during (and even after) this hard time. We received a sympathy card after with his nose print and there are no words to express how much that meant to us. Thank you guys for being there for our hardest moments and easing the burden! You guys were phenomenal. ❤️

Wonderful vet for our 3 pups. Always willing to talk and give advice. Top service for 5+ years. Dogs trust the staff. I like the treats and the scale - it reads light so I feel good about myself. Our dogs are appropriately anxious yet not scared. Don’t foresee changing anytime soon.

I've been using NVC for decades. Staff not only care for pets, but they take the time to build relationships with clients. Highly recommend. Veterinarian is top notch and very intuitive when it comes to pets.

I had adopted a husky from an owner who was not the best and the staff at this establishment was able to get her in the very next day, worked with me on the payment and genuinely cared about me dog and myself! I am now taking all of my animals to this practice because of the people and the care that not only my animals receive but myself as well! This vets office reminds me of the old school vets from when I was a kid, no high dollar pushing of things, just cut and dry honesty and help for your animals! Beyond grateful to have found this office!!
