“I'm originally from Pennsylvania., new to Carlisle. Just moved back from WA State. My last duty station. I have to say it feels SO AMAZING to be home.! I ABSOLUTELY love it here.! I've been to this market about 3 times now and., I must say. It's WONDERFUL‼️ALL 3 times that I've went into this store the workers., customer service., cleanliness and., neatness of the store was impeccable.! I thank you all for that. That makes one feel at ease buying food to feed their family. I found things that I use regularly so., you've DEFINITELY got a happy repeat customer.!”
“They know you by name and treat you with respect, Shane is awesome, always very helpful, (Gary and Lisa are also very kind) Good spirits even when ill. Pharmacists are also very respectful and helpful. I haven't met anyone who was not a good team player at this place yet. I've been using them as my primary pharmacy for years. They are fast also.”
“Fast, never a wait. In and out. Plus, it's a dollar of per gallon this time with the points. I love the gas points. The attendant even offered a dog treat for our dog. A plus!”
“I came in to get an edible image printed for a special cake I was making my family member and they were the Only store to have a working printer! The bakery staff was very kind and helpful. Very pleasant interactions. They worked hard to see if it would print the image larger/to the edges of the icing paper for me, but the program seemed to not allow it. This is a program flaw for the printer system, no fault of the staff.
All in all I'm very pleased with how it turned out and hope their printer remains operable! Thank you ladies!”

“Rather high price for the mundane (non-drug) item I needed, but the folks behind the counter were very pleasant and helpful. I believe they would indeed treat customers, especially regulars, like family. Independent pharmacies are rare jewels these days.

“Not a frequent at this pharmacy, but I think I'll have to switch! My mom is visiting from out of state and needed her meds refilled, tried 3 different pharmacies. One told me they can't use her insurance and wanted $100. But the great staff and pharmacist at this location called my mom pharmacy had her script faxed and filled it for me, for $6.99( the usual cost).”

“There is always a wide selection of items at Rite Aid. I always find deals in the clearance section. Jeff, the pharmacist, is great! If I could give him a separate rating, it would be a ten. He's the most compassionate pharmacist that I have ever met. He is considerate, he listens, and he's customer focused and cares about everyone, and he's highly knowledgeable.The four out of five stars comes not from the service. It is because sometimes the store is short staffed, and sometimes the shelves are thinned out. The employees are always helpful and willing to assist. The management seems nice as well.There's a public restroom, handicap parking, a handicap accessible entrance, and a seated waiting area next to the pharmacy.You can get al sorts of vaccines there as well, but I would recommend signing up online a day ahead of time so it's easier for them to plan ahead.”

“Amazed by the servce, this worker was running four regesters at a time and goot everything done in a timely manner, also makes their own medication, doesnt take too long for meds to be ready for pick up. But one time it told me my script would be ready at 12:03 PM and i waited for 2 hours-ish (About 1:47) to get my singular script.”
