Very painful sticks at this place, always leaves me bruising. I’m a blood donor, so I’ve dealt with plenty of sticks, large ones too, but this place this turns a simple pinch into a painful stab that leaves you bruising for a week. I’m a registered nurse and I notice the lady the purple hair went right through my vein then had to readajust and back into my vein. Not a good stick experience. Next time I’ll just draw my own blood if they let me or go a different location.

Dear Quest Diagnostics, who runs your IT department and manages your website? It is SERIOUSLY flawed. You are losing clients left and right because they cannot schedule an appointment through your system. As an example, my wife has been trying to schedule a drug screening through your services for a work requirement. When she called to schedule an appointment, the automated system kept cutting out, would not acknowledge her selections, and kept repeating the same request even though the answer was given multiple times.I can understand a faulty system answering the phone now and then, but when the same issue plagues the website? My wife could not schedule an appointment through the website, either. Then, this morning, she arrived at 6 AM determined to be seen. She was greeted not by a person, but by a Kiosk system. It allowed her to make an appointment for 10 AM. When she arrived at 10 AM, it could not find her appointment and she could not be seen.Seriously, this is wasting people’s time. It is giving you a horrible reputation for something that should not be an issue at all. This is not even a reflection of the people who work there. I am willing to bet they are competent, good people. The problem is your cost-saving measures for scheduling appointments is broken and people are going other places. How can anyone recommend a place when they cannot even get in the door to be seen?

I just left Quest diagnostic’s Carlisle couple minutes ago. I did make an appointment. And I arrive at exactly the same time of my appointment. I check in at the front scanner. Their computer kicked me out. And then the black heavyset lady who work there open the door with an attitude and a frown face. Your face just put me a bad mood. You guys need to work on your Customer Service. If you are not a morning person, and if you hate your job, then you need to quit. I can come back next time or find other diagnostics place. Carlisle quest diagnostics sucks in their customer service. You don’t even deserve one star.

Worst bloodwork experience I’ve ever had. I went to this office for bloodwork ordered by my Allergist. I get a call a few days later that the woman who did the bloodwork didn’t include the right orders, and I had to go back. I go back, she does the bloodwork once more. A MONTH goes by and I don’t have my results. I called the Quest customer service number twice. First time I called I was told that my results would be back within the next 3 days. 10 days go by, I call again. She said I’d be contacted by their back office to let me know what’s going on. This morning I finally get the notification that my results are in- I click on it to see that the tests weren’t conducted due to a SAMPLE PROCESSING FAILURE. I am being tested for autoimmune disorders and just wasted two months of my time because of this company. Absolutely horrible.

I had a very kind and pleasant young lady named Melissa for my blood tests. This was my first time at this lab for testing and she put me at ease immediately. I would highly recommend this tech and lab to anyone needing testing and reassurance.

My experience here today was wonderful, made so by Tiffany. She was incredibly kind and professional and made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is very skilled at her job, and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes!! She appears to me as a dedicated, hardworking employee well-deserving of recognition. Thank you Tiffany!!! :)

Was a very pleasant experience. I was taken back right on time with a scheduled appointment. The phlebotomist who took my blood was nice and didn't seem like the kind who is impatient or has unpleasant vibes. Overall good experience.

The phlebotomists at Quest Carlisle are extremely skilled & they patiently answer questions. I have tiny, rolling & scarred veins and they successfully access my veins on the first attempt. Deanna is particularly helpful. I don’t go anywhere else for my blood draws!

Having a yearly mandatory blood test at this clinic is ALWAYS a dreadful experience. Always a long, long wait. Something always goes wrong. I hate this place. It is such a waste of time.

I used to give this place a good review. I have been to this place lots of times. With no mask, when the nurse asked if I could put a mask on I gave her a reason why I couldn't do it. She came back with you didn't give me a reason. And then refused service. Just wow.

Dealing with the billing line is a nightmare. Just wanted to talk to a real person because the automated system was having errors. Customer service is non existent. No issues with the actual service, the staff was nice and fairly efficient.

My husband and I needed PCR testing for travel. This was extremely time sensitve as there was only a 72 hour window. We were both tested on Saturday, travel on Monday. My results were back on Sunday. His were not even "in process". Monday morning he had to pay $120 to get tested again at the pharmacy. Those results were back in 20 minutes. It has now been 10 days and no result or "in process". There is no one to contact but a recording. If you need timely results be aware you will need an alternative plan. Definitely not reliable.Update 3/9/22. Just recieved word from our insurance company that the test has been paid for. A test with no results, no way to submit to Quest that they haven't given results but they were able to file and recieve payment. Have contacted our insurance company to investigate.

I scheduled an appointment online, unbelievably easy, even for someone with no computer skills. Many many available appointments, I chose the next day because of fasting requirements, I arrived 10 minutes early and signed in on the electronic kiosk. Only thing required was my phone number, before I could sit down I was taken back for my “procedure “ . The technician was so professional and so very competent. She found my vein with no trouble drew 9 tubes of blood and I felt nothing no pain…first time in history! She explained everything, when the results would be available, the estimated cost… I never had such a positive experience—ever!! I highly recommend the Carlisle office and the lady that drew my blood, I cannot say enough about the skill and professionalism.
