This is the building where you get your children registered with parent Central Services for cyss. They also offer summer camps for kids. It is located right behind the cyss building. Look for the cyss playground equipment... it's between cyss and the McConnell Youth Center.

Outstanding youth center on Carlisle Barracks named after a heroic American NCO who died in combat in Afghanistan. This is a fitting tribute to this young man who gave it all. The center is very modern, clean, very well-run and provides the kids in the military community a fantastic place to develop. Highly recommended!
