What an asset to your company, Patricia in the copy center. I needed something really important today and no idea how to do it. Patricia was the epitamy of what good customer service is. I know her helping me took longer that we expected, but not to fear the manager jumped in to help as well. I will return to staples bcz of Patricia. Thank u

Seriously such a lovely experience today! First, Patricia helped me tremendously in the photo area. So kind and thorough. Then the woman at the checkout (i didn't get her name) was so kind too. She went out of her way to help with something. Both went above and beyond!

My home printer died, so I went to the Staples in Carlisle with the thought of buying a new one. I have been retired for a number of years and away from technology for some time. A gentleman (did not get his name, so sorry) very patiently explained the new way printers work and no printer made now would be compatible with my older Chromebook laptop. Still needing to print my project, he directed me to the in-store printing service. The staff at the help desk was wonderful, especially a lady named Bree. They were able to get the document off my laptop and print it for me - thank you so much. I truly appreciate the manner and patience of the staff in answering my many questions and providing me with a solution for this project. Thank you to them again for all their help.

I submitted two straightforward printing requests. They were both printed incorrectly. They went to redo them. Still messed them up. The manager also yelled at the employees who were doing their best.

The general manger is too quick to judge. Just because you see someone laying down along the wall outside with a string back does NOT MEAN they are homeless!!!! I work for my living!!! ????????????This is where I wait to clock in for work and wait for my bus home. I’ve see people standing there and smoke at that spot. I’ve seen people laying down at the spot, and did you ever tell them to move? NOOOO!!!! And I’ve been laying down at that spot since 2020 and I have NEVER been told to move!! I WORK I am NOT HOMELESS!!!

February 16, 2023z. I tried to go in to ship a package at 6:07pm. There’s a sign on the door that says they close at 6…and that’s been since OCTOBER 2022. Update your hours jackwagons!

Fairly large store with a very good selection of products. I went in for a certain size label and holders and couldn't find any at first but I asked an employee and they took me to the area directly, very helpful and friendly staff.

My son and I brought a laptop which was not turning on to this Staples. Immediately we were greeted at the door. Chris, the Sales Manager, walked us over to the tech support area to troubleshoot our problem. We were trying to find out if it was the laptop's charger was the problem or if it was the laptop itself. He tried different chargers and even went to the sales floor and opened a new Dell charger to resolve the problem. He was able to figure out that the charger was not the problem. Then, he went the extra mile! He opened the laptop to take a look at the battery. He figured out the problem and was able to get the laptop working again. He saved me at least $400 - $500 in a new laptop. I asked him what I owed him. It was free! This man understands business. Guess where I will go when the time comes to get a new laptop?

The current (new?) employee in the fax and printing area is much less friendly and helpful than the ones that have helped me there in the past few months. She made me wish that Office Max was still in Carlisle. I hope I never have to go back.
