The 2 woman working there Saturday morning need to be fired or trained properly including the female manager that was there the evening before. They had no clue what they are doing. I personally called t-moblie, they even tried to explain to them how to do the exchange and they still had no clue. I will only deal with t-mobile online. It may take longer due to shipping but worth it vs dealing with the individuals here!

Customer service is the worst They only care about the Sale. They don't care about the customers or what they want in a phone. They don't listen to the customers or asking what the customer wants from a phone they would rather push sales and not considered what customers really want

After years thinking we could only get centurylink which is now brightspeed we found out tmobile is available for us. What a difference speeds with brightspeed was only 9mbps buffered all the time. Now with tmobile average speed is 175mbps! I highly recommend T-Mobile!!

Arrived with an hour to spare before close. I wanted to move 2 lines over from Verizon. They were nice enough to all come out from the back and have a conversation however we were simply told a price and asked if we could come back in the morning because they closed soon. Went to a T-Mobile 5 minutes away and left with 3 new lines, 400 in accessories and I’m going back for a watch.

I had a huge discrepancy with my account and Amanda was able to handle everything professionally and efficiently she understood my concerns and was able to resolve everything with customer care which I truly appreciated.

You need to fix your posted hours!!!! On here it says open at 10am!? Get to location and hours posted say open 11am? Five customers have shown up and left disgusted between 10:00-10:15!

I have to echo what has been consistently said here…everyone who helped me in this store was nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Sprint, I had a number of challenges to work through: I got my mom a new phone and added her to my account, so we had to port her number; then Sprint sent me her phone without a sim card; then I found out Sprint doesn’t honor wearables that are not bought through them. Add to that some other technical difficulties and the fact I had to get all this done in a matter of days. Xavier, Cameron and Carmen worked through all of it with me, and had so much patience and professionalism. Xavier and Cameron worked with me the most, tackling every issue until we got everything resolved. I never would have been able to navigate through all of that without them. They were kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. And where Sprint fell short, they all excelled. The store manager, Destinee, was also exceptional! As with the others, she was incredibly helpful, patient and wonderful to work with. I could not recommend them more!

The store itself is ok. It is the company that is not good. I had insurance with sprint but when T-Mobile bought i couldn't use the insurance i had paid for when my phone was stolen. The guys at this store helped my not the company. Then I have fallen on hard times and was told by T-Mobile about assurance but when I signed up now i am being told I owe for my phone which I don't have because it was stolen. But I owe for it right now and they will not work with me on a monthly payment plan. So many companies have helped people shame that T-Mobile cannot help as well. I don't qualify for assurance because i am making a lot of money. I qualify because i live in poverty now.
